Well, you're hoping that you get lucky and get one that lasts but unfortunately mine lasted a bit over a month and out of return warranty, it randomly goes on and of every few seconds then stays off for a while, I changed the tubes but still the same problem.

My last review was taken down because I mentioned the great customer service for some reason..... anyways, great item that really helped with cysts using the zapping method I watched on Youtube. It was a bit defective and the middle unscrewed after 2 months but I was able to get a replacement! Not sure how to word that without this getting taken down by Amazon again...
