I did have to drill the dowel holes up to 1/2" and use a pry bar to get it to line up with both the bell housing bolt and engine mount holes on one side. I also had to use my own hardware as others have pointed out since the six bolts included are the wrong threads. But I wouldn't hesitate to buy another since this is 1/3 the price of other engine cradles and works just fine with minimal effort. ... show more

Works well to keep the engine for my project car, up and off the floor/pallet. The bolts to bolt up a SBF are SAE, I have a 94-95 302 with metric threads. Not really a problem, just a note if you have a later model 302.

None of the bolts that come with this work on attaching a motor. The threads are wrong size on every single one bolt. Tried to contact the company without any success.

Fit my 350 SBC okay, but the supplied bolts to attach it to my engine were wrong. Sent metric fine threaded bolts with it instead of SAE coarse threaded bolts that I needed. Only reason for not getting 5star review.
