Bought these for Barre and barrelettes. I do yoga as well and was gifted a pair of socks with the individual piece of fabric for each toe. Tried them and took them off after less than 5 minutes. They were hot & uncomfortable and didn’t like that my toes couldn’t grip the mat like bare feet do. As such, I spent a lot of time looking for this specific type of sock that would be comfortable, cool and the next best thing to being barefoot. These are exactly what I was looking for!! (I just received these so have worn them only once so far, so I can’t comment on endurance of the socks over time) these have a good quality feel to them, to the touch, as well as being worn. The toe openings are absolutely PERFECT, exactly what I’ve been trying to find!! They give you the perfect barefoot feel while still providing grip and support!! I run warm, so I don’t worry about cold feet. It seems like the material would keep people who are concerned about warmth comfortable without being sweaty and hot. On that note, the fabric itself is wonderful because it wicks any sweat away, keeping your feet dry and clean. To top it off, the sticky grip pads on the bottom feel like a massage on your feet while standing/walking in them!!! Overall, these socks are as close to perfection as possible!! (I would say their perfect but have only worn them once so far) A must for anyone instructing or taking Pilates, barre and barrelettes classes as well as yoga!! I personally haven’t used the for yoga since I prefer no socks but it’s obvious to me that they would be the ONLY sock to wear during yoga. Recommend 100 percent!!! (If anything changes, I will post an update. I don’t see that happening though) hope this helps!!

This brand and style of Pilates grip socks are my favorite! The grip is good, especially for the first few months if you do Pilates often and do not dry them. I love how the design allows my feet to breathe and is not uncomfortable in between my toes. I have several pairs of these and some have thicker threading in between the toes, so sometimes it can be uncomfortably thick and feel bothersome. In that regard it can be inconsistent. I also wish the company would offer sizes small, medium, and large, rather than one small size that goes up to a 9 1/2 half in women and then an extra large size that goes beyond that. I sit right out about a size 9, so they are a little too tight and the grip won't go all the way to the end of my heels. However the extra large ones bunch up and are huge on me! Finally, I love this particular orchid color. I find the few designs I like in this style are always sold out and the rest are butt ugly. I wish the company would switch to three size options and increase their style and variety.

Great design! Love the shape and feel, they stay on and would be great for wearing around the house if you have hard surface floors. However, they run really small. I wear a women's size 9 regular width shoe, ordered the L/XL, and these things are way too snug to wear for more than about 20 minutes at a time. I didn't even finish an entire yoga sequence with them on. Any longer and I start to feel the toe tingles from restricted blood flow. Overall great if you have smaller feet, but wouldn't recommend for anyone over shoe size 8 and defs not if you wear wide width. They're only a so-so value for money versus other similar products out there, but the style is cute and they hold up to machine washing.

These are perfect for my Pilates classes, the toe insert takes some getting used to but after a couple of minutes I can barely feel them on my feet, great for summer months when it’s super hot outside! Grip is great, helps me stay put on the reformer!
