I purchased one of these kits to test a 50hp outboard, and it worked perfectly. It's been a good addition to my toolbox, and I've already used it on a few other engines I had around the house out of curiosity. The kit seems well-made, with all the necessary components/adapters included. I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time, but I think with light use, it should last awhile!

BUYER BEWARE!!! When performing a compression test the line popped off of the fitting leaving the fitting stuck in the cylinder head. Luckily i was able to fish it out by removing the valve cover and twisting it off with some needle nose pliers

My use case is for old Fords (FE Big Blocks - 390, 428, 410) and this kit does not have a large enough adapter for my spark plugs. Looking it up (after the fact) the old engines used a 14mm spark plug thread, this one doesn't come close. Returning this kid and ordering slightly more expensive kit. It will be here tomorrow, hopefully it works. I believe common 4 stroke lawn equipment uses the same size threads as my old engines.
