I bought it couples weeks ago, it is little bit heavy but very sturdy and stable while I ride on it. I used it for work commute and riding bike with my kids. It is very powerful with 750w, it can go very fast, you can change your speed with 7 speed. The controls panel screen can choose your Peddle assist mode as well for saving electricity. One thing I love the most is the shock absorbers it made with for riding so smooth and comfortables. The back seat is very sturdy and It has no problem for me to sit on it with 150 lbs i weight. The battery can easily take out for charging. It is easy to fold the bike for storage. The assemble was pretty easy, it took me about 30 mins. Overall the bike is great and sturdy. Only thing was just little bit too heavy to carry, may be because it is fat tire. I would recommend for people who need it for delivery and commute to work. ... show more

No thorough description of the throttle control was provided in the ad. From the pictures it appeared to be operated by the handle grip. That is not the case. When I went to return the bicycle, I was told I would have to cover the shipping cost. A total of $300 to find out that's not how the throttle works. Buyer beware! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. After researching E bikes for three months, we purchased the GELEISEN with the fat tires so that we could ride on all types of surfaces. From pavement to sand, the bike did not disappoint. The bike is heavy, but it also provides a very stable ride when traversing bumps and uneven surfaces. The battery range is phenomenal and we have never gotten close to running out of battery power on our 20 mile outings every other day. The battery assist has the settings-1, you have to provide a considerable amount of force to move the bike and it needs very little assist to get the bike moving. We use the bikes primarily for exercise. My husband knee replaced a couple of years ago and I had back surgery last year. The bikes give us the confidence to continue exercise knowing if we need to stop at any time, the bikes can assist us back home. ... show more

Just bought a Geleisen electric bike. The battery will not charge. The charger light stays green. Contacted the company three times (waiting for reply). Everything else works well.
