I don't think I could actually undersell this bike if I wanted to. It is unbelievably fun and I've ridden it every day since I've gotten it. I've since ordered two more, just for reference. I recently moved back to a larger city and wanted something to help me navigate around without always having to take my vehicle. I own gas powered minibikes but they aren't street or sidewalk legal, so I took a chance on this ebike I had seen in a targeted ad. They definitely knew me with the recommendation! We have a local festival that sees several hundred thousands visit our city within a 5 day period. Usually parking is an absolute nightmare and absurdly costly for anything remotely close. This bike allowed me to get downtown, exactly where I wanted to be, and home afterwards in a fraction of the time that it would normally take, and with none of the headache. As far as the bike itself: it's extremely sturdy, similar to mini bikes but not as wide. After unlocking the class 3 setting, I've reached about 29mph during testing, but operate at the class 2 level to maintain safety. It's quick, responsive, and at no point feels shoddy or dangerous. I've had it for weeks now and still haven't depleted the battery -- although, besides the trip downtown for the festival, I mostly just zoom around and cruise to snowball stands and things fairly close by. The display is big and bright and through the app you can check your overall travel distances. As I said, I ordered two more so that my family can enjoy the experience with me. One is already in (pictured), and the other is on its way. 10/10 or 30/30. ... show more

This bike is a really great good starter bike and easily exceeds the value it is priced at. We have fast speeds safe enough to keep up on many roads and easily breeze through bike tracks or trails. It also has a really nice aesthetic making it a really good looking bike. Also having a headlight and turn signals is a very good addition to what you already get. The pedals are also a nice touch for exercise. The customer service is great as they delivered us a part that we needed to replace and they were fast and easy and to understand. I have almost 100 miles on this bike so you can trust me on this review. The only con I have is the thumb throttle but it using too bad that it will ruin your experience. It’s in the left side and personally I prefer a wrist throttle but otherwise that’s about it. ... show more

The E bike itself is a little bit complicated to build if you’re a beginner to building E Bikes. but after you finish building the E Bike it is really nice. The battery lasts quite long and I get a decent amount of range on it. The quality isn’t the best. did come with a scratch on the kickstand and on the pedals. parts it also worked perfectly fine and it has a lot of torque on it. for the price that I got this, I’d say it’s pretty much worth it. ... show more

I am very pleased with this e-bike. It arrived well-packaged and was relatively easy to assemble. The battery life has been impressive, providing enough range for my daily rides without needing frequent recharging.     • Defective and still waiting on parts or refund 3 weeks later
Bike came and was defective with front rotor scraping fork with each wheel turn. Requested return label, disassembled the bike to send back, waited over a week. Placed claim to A to Z and was told we could keep the bike and have refund, so reassembled the bike to attempted to fix the problem. Then told we had to return the bike again. Requested to just have parts sent. We have still not received a refund or the parts. Will never buy from this seller again and disappointed with Amazon for not fulfilling the refund after told that would be the case. ... show more

Depending on where/whom you are purchasing it from I believe will make a differance. Mine showed up 5 days late and had many things wrong with it. Other than that I guess its a good bike I just feel it should be cheaper.
