(for example: the seat didn’t come with screws initially on it so I had to use some of the spare screws to screw the seat on) but I ended up getting my seat/pegs and another box that came separately so if you do order the bike with another accessory item don’t expect it to come in the same bike as the box. Assembly wasn’t bad with the tools they provide you with, which is really cool, if you have tools on your own, expect the bill to be super fast. Bike is good, package well. App doesn't work for Android so 4 stars since they have it as a selling point. Throttle is a little soft and sticks a bit Only ridden for three weeks but happy with the purchase so far.

I got this for my kids to ride. They failed to tell me that within a few days of getting it up and running, the brakes went out and they were stopping it with their feet. So I took it to a friend and they fixed the brakes. Apparently that only lasted a day and they went out again. Again the kids didn't tell me. Well now no one can ride it because it isn't safe.
