This is a counter top, professional sized steamer table, like you see in many restaurants, buffets, catered events, hotels, etc. This ad is for the steamer only, and does not include pans. It does include two divider bars, so you can use a 1/1 pan, or can use three 1/3 or six 1/6 steamer pans. I included a photo showing the pan sizes you would want to buy to make full use of it. It is coated with a plastic film, which does a great job of proteting the finish during packing and shipping. The film is not near as hard to remove as several other stainless Items I have puchased The steamer so simple to use, it heats up rapidly, and it is easy to empty and clean when done. It is heavy built, which means it should be durable and last plenty long. The steams keeps food warm, tasty and safe. Comparable units at restaurant supply stores are much more expensive and work the exact same way, so, as with many Cammoo items, is a good value.

Set this up in my small kitchen and it has been running 19 hours a day 7 days a week without missing a beat. The temperature control keeps food steady and right where I want it with no hot spots or burning. Soups sauces and sides stay warm and ready to serve all day long. Cleaning it is simple and the stainless steel still looks great after constant use. As long as it stays clean and topped full of water I can tell this thing will last for years. It feels solid dependable and built for real kitchen work.
