I love my bike! I have taken a star away dur to some parts seem to have been tinkered with prior to me getting the bike. I'm not sure if the bike was assembled & then disassembled prior to being shipped, or what but some of the parts make it look this way. The directions are horrible. Pictures don't match. From what I read prior to buying, other people said it takes about 6 hours to put together. My husband is pretty handy, but it still took both of us about four. If we had not had to disassemble and reassemble multiple times due to incorrect instructions it would have taken only about 2 hours. Overall, I just didn't want to deal with a return, so I decided to keep the bike and our family loves it. We have 4 children (6, 4, 2, 4 months) and while all three of my bugs CAN fit on the back, they're definitely squashed. It's best for only 2 of them. Because the bike is so long it definitely takes some getting used to when you have weight in the back. If it's just you riding, it's just like a normal bicycle only a lot faster. It has incredible torque and power. Overall, compared to the lectric cargo ebike, I think it was a really great value and savings. The bike is comfortable and it's simple to use. I have not used it on any long trips yet so I'm not sure if the distance matches up to it's supposed to 60 mile range, but we use it daily for about 5 miles and I haven't charged it more than a couple times yet. ... show more

The speed is 28 unlocked and feels fast to. I am 5,8 and the bike fits me pretty well. The battery last more then 20 miles(haven’t been able to fully test the battery life) I did crash once in the grass an no scratch’s feels like high quality and looks really nice you don’t wobble on it that much and go over bumps smooth ... show more

I received my bike on Monday afternoon at my shop. I assembled it right away because it was at the end of the day as I was assembling it I charged, as I was assembling it wasn’t much of an issue at all. Do I have four days on it now riding at 17 miles each way takes me about 45 minutes through traffic. As an industrial mechanic I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of components that are on this bike for 630 bucks. A little adjustment here and there otherwise it’s an excellent machine well worth the money. I weigh 240 pounds I got 17 miles without peddling nor letting up off the throttle and I still have a half a battery when I get to work. If you’re looking for a bike, don’t hesitate. ... show more

We ordered two of these ebikes, and they are great! I have trouble balancing and pedaling, but that's a me problem, not a problem with the bike. My husband loves his. It reminds him of his youth when he did motocross, but in bicycle form. They have a lot of power and are just a blast to ride. Assembly was simple. Hubs weighs over 250, and he managed to reach 30 mph on a long hill. Normally it tops out around 25. They're built tough, and are very solid. ... show more

Bike started out great. My son got this to ride around our small town. After the first week any of the bolts fell out of the fender covers (this portion came pre assembled from the factory). We contacted the seller and they sent us replacement bolts. Thought everything we good, but those bolts did not stay either. Ended up having to go buy something that fit at Menards. Fast forward to today. When the brakes quit working. The plastic brake line connectors cracked where the brake line connects to the hand brakes. While the bike was a decent price I am not sure that I would recommend the bike. I am currently waiting a response from the seller in hopes they will make it right as it has a warranty. ... show more
