This is the third bike I've bought from this seller. I had an issue with the throttle but seller sent me a brand new one. It was easy to replace just plug and play. I put it together myself and I would recommend watching the YouTube video while assembly. It makes it super easy. I really love the bike. It's a great quality bike. The battery life is pretty good. I wish they design and sell some type of storage for the phone and a drink. Maybe some type of saddle bag would take it over the top! Customer service is really good. They were very responsive. I ended up buying 2 more for family members!

Good EBike. Bought it for my 12 year old and he sits perfect on it (he does have long legs) Hard build. It says 90% together and that’s a lie. Could just be me but some of directions took me about 30 minutes to figure out what it means. Oh, and I put the tire on backwards so the front brake didn’t work, fixed that haha. I bought another brand that was much easier to assemble and was actually 90% together. The seat is comfy and also is large enough for the hubby (5’10 200lbs). After a close Christmas divorce, the bike is together and it rides well.

This EBike was so easy to put together with the instructions provided. It goes for a long time and we love the fact two people can sit on it together and go for rides which are always super fun on this bike. It’s a great buy. Battery life is long and the bike is super comfortable to ride.

I recently ordered a the E- Bike that came with several issues, making it incredibly disappointing. The bike arrived with missing screws, misaligned holes, and it is essentially unusable as it doesn't work with the electric motor. The mounting bolt for the chain was either not included or sheared off, likely due to cheap materials. I reached out to the seller to report these problems and to request a resolution, but they offered no support or replacement for the missing parts. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Easy to put together! Fast as heck! Beat my friend with a macfox on it! Wish it had rear foot pegs for passenger. Besides that it’s great. Long lasting battery, easy to use. Taller than expected. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone shorter than 5’3”! It’s maxed out on height for me!

I ordered two of these bikes couldn’t believe the price comparison to all the cool stuff these things have they even have blinkers lol so when we got them, they were maxing out about 22 miles an hour and then the lady that I’ve been talking to she gave me the directions how to unlock the speed control now they go 28 miles an hour so the customer service is very very helpful. I highly recommend these bikes I got the black one and the yellow one.
