This bike is amazing! My daughter is 9 and has balance difficulties and anxiety. She used the balance pedals for two days. We switched the pedals the second day and she was able to ride it! I never expected her to be able to do this. She was so happy. She even said "Can I ride a bike?" The assembly is simple too and changing the pedals is easy. This bike gave us so many issues, just 2-3 months after we got it the chain started coming loose, we took it to a repair shop, got that fixed and it worked for a few weeks and then the axel ended up being totally stripped so that when my son pedaled, the bike slipped instead of being propelled forward. We took to ANOTHER repair shop and they said it was not fixable, better off to just get a new bike. I reached out to customer service because I felt we got a faulty bike, it only worked for about 3 months out of the year that we had it and they never responded to my email, now we have to buy him a new bike with no resolution for why this one was falling apart.
