Really happy with this e-bike so far. Assembly was straightforward and took me about an hour from start to finish. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything fit together well. The bike itself feels solid and well made, especially for the price. I also had a question during setup and customer service responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

Great bike, works as advertised! Keep in mind you will have to unlock the p3 setting to get it to go the full 28+ mph. It will max out at 28mph on the speedometer but on even surfaces and especially downhill, it will do low 30’s mph.

I'd give -100 stars if I could. Company has zero concept of proper shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Keeps saying it's expected to be delivered on time. On time was now 2 days ago. And they refuse to reach out or talk to me. Just keep saying wait till the 3rd. You won't get a real person. It's a robot. Good luck getting your money back or your product. Product came 2 days after initially writing this. Faulty. The shipped me late a faulty product and won't even replace it. Just forcing a refund. Electric gear box buttons don't work. They were faulty. Biggest mistake I have ever made was buying this bike. 0/5 (update) as of 5/7, the company is officially trying to bully me and charge me more money for returning a broken product even though I paid for the insurance plan which they are also refusing to honor even though I paid for it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WALK.

Please note that you do have to assemble the front wheel. Handle bars and kick stand but it comes with a super easy helpful guide and tools to do so.

This EBike is my first, I’m 54 and about 220lbs. This bike gets up and moves, fast acceleration and low speed power. The only things I don’t like about the bike is the rear shock is way to stiff, it might as well be solid. Second the seat is hard, my hope is that the more I ride it the softer it gets. Great bike other than the rear shock and seat. I have ordered a new shock and we will see if it helps.

This bike is so much fun! It looks so sleek and stylish compared to other E bikes. I get many compliments on its features. People love the off-road look in the big soft seat to sit on. Also the fat tires and suspension get a lot of reviews. Coming out of the box it is very well packed and very simple to assemble. I did have to contact Customer Service cause a pedal didn’t go on right. I actually got a real human and they fix the problem immediately and followed up with text messages to be sure everything was OK. The bike is fast! It is fun to ride in the sand the street dirt it’s a very fun bike!
