UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and made everything right. I'm updating my review to 5 STARS! This product is sturdy, performs as expected, and has provided hundreds of miles fun, but what stands out to me is the service. The seller went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right. I was impressed that I was able to go back and forth and was able to work out a fair and equitable solution. Just a Dad who wanted my son and daughter to have a nice e-bike. This one was highly rated and it came when it should have. It’s fairly heavy so the metal components seem like quality. I don’t know anything about these bikes. So I’m roughly $700 into this and had it about 2 weeks. The trails around my house are PAVEMENT not dirt so we’re not talking off-road. The tires say CHINA on them so maybe that says it all but I’ve had the bike in the shop each of the 2 weeks with flat tires and I’m up to $400 into repairs. The first time in the shop the rear tire failed and when used with the kickstand it won’t stay up and it fell over and damaged the left brake. Consequently, if the rear needs repair, it’s like 2x the amount since that’s where the motor is and it’s more complicated to fix. The front wheel also needed adjustment since the hydraulic brake was rubbing so all in all around $200 for the first weeks repair. The 2nd week after another flat now on the front tire I’m done. Let’s put better tires on it so after new tires and new inner tube we’re like $270 ($470 total) in and waiting to get it back. Is it a nice e bike - seems to be. They went with super cheap tires (keep the cost down) but in doing so, you’ll be putting almost the amount of the purchase price back into the bike. I don’t know about the 3rd week and beyond but probably should have just returned it. Hopefully Customer Service will see this and help out in some way. But just know as an average parent not knowing anything about e-bikes, you could be in for bumpy ride…

I love this bike! It's definitely the best bike I've bought recently, and I can't live without it for my daily commute. Assembly was easier than I expected. I had a few questions, but after contacting the seller through Amazon, they provided a clear and professional response within a day. The customer service was truly excellent. While I haven't used it much, it feels solidly built and reassuring. A single charge easily lasts me an entire week, and the ride is incredibly effortless and smooth. It's like effortlessly enjoying the wind. Believe me, you'll probably love it too—highly recommended!

I recently purchased the TST E-bike, and I have to say, it’s been a fantastic experience for the price! The assembly was straightforward, especially after watching the instructional video, the assembly took about an hour for me. The bike is a perfect fit for my wife, who’s 5’2”, and she finds it comfortable to ride. What really impressed me is the bike’s performance. I’ve been riding it with my 8-year-old daughter on the back, and even with the added weight, it easily reaches 28 mph when unlocked via the app. The power is smooth, making it great for riding around town. The 15Ah battery life is good—after a 10-mile ride around town, it still had 80% charge left, which is impressive. I love the bike so much, I want to get the 25 AH version myself. Overall, the TST E-bike offers excellent value, solid performance, and versatility for riders who are on the smaller side. Whether you’re commuting or enjoying a family ride, this bike delivers.
