I went through a lot of different suspension training sets in research, comparing and gathering info. I ended up buying this TRX set for 3 reasons: 1. Name brand, with good reviews 2. The other non-name brands that were well-reviewed were sold out 3. This was the cheaper of TRX sets. This set looks sturdy and reviews were mostly very positive, and it's one that I can also take on the road if needed, so I went this direction. I was looking at a couple other sets from other brands, but the ones that I researched and found to be well made were all sold out or on backorder for a long while (thanks COVID!). This is a much more expensive set than those others, but also is the least expensive of the TRX bunch. I don't need the super duper heavy duty sets, because I'm not going to be using suspension training as my main source of working out, so I figured it's the best way to go. I purchased this mainly for stretching purposes, as I need some better ways of stretching for my back issues. Anyway, I've had it for a couple months and it is performing well and is handling everything I need it to. I'm doing my work right now with the door attachment, but eventually I'll figure out where I want to install the brackets so I can do it from better support than the door. The door attachment is holding up well so far, no signs of it breaking down, so I'm pleased with that. But long term it will be beneficial to stud mount it. Since I don't have the garage space to do it, finding a place in the house that isn't an eyesore is the name of the game. Anyway, all that to say is that it's been a piece of gear, super comfortable grips, and straps have proven sturdy and reliable. If you can afford the price tag, it's a great set!

I bought my TRX at the start of 2020 not knowing it would be so important 😳 4 years later, it's as good as it was the day I bought it after traveling with me across the Americas, getting used with a (solid) door, on a patio, playground, park, trees in the forest, at the beach, on a farm. Literally everywhere. Thanks to Andrea Toth's amazing (and free) TRX workouts from 5-60m on YouTube, I continue to have fun, varied full-body and body part focused exercises that keep me seeing progress. And simply by changing your angle or strap length you can adjust the difficulty to keep the challenge. It fits neatly into any bag and doesn't weigh much so you can easily carry it in a backpack or run to the park with it. It's also easy to set up and take down in 1m (just make sure the anchor point can safely hold your weight.) I highly recommend this not only to have a quality home workout, but wherever you go.

I am from Toronto, Canada and the box arrived via UPS in one week. I wasn't asked for duties...don't know if I will receive a bill for that down the road as UPS did call and leave me a VMX. The first thing I did when I opened the box is enter the code provided to regsiter for the free one-year use of the TRXtraining Website and app. It worked and I suggest ths as a first step. I signed up on the mylocker section of the TRXtraining site, instructions are on the card. I followed the video for the setup, it's easy and I also browsed all the content available, which comes with the purchase. There are lots of live videos and training tools on the app, you will learn a lot. I found the straps to be very sturdy, , it took me a while to understand how to adjust them but it's not hard, door anchor is great, my husband also double checked everything. I am a lightweight person, 125 lbs, so not sure if somebody who is much heavier may enjoy the straps. I have to say the PRO version you get at the gym is much better but I don't think it's necessary for the home. I did a few exercise videos and loved it. Also, I discovered the CHAT feature on the desktop and tried it out: an agent replied back within minutes on a Sunday morning, I was surprised that someone was available to answer any of my questions. The agent named Becky was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me youtube clips to watch to help me. Thank you!

The TRX Go Suspension Trainer is a great, lightweight option for travelers and digital nomads who are looking for a balanced workout routine that they can do anywhere. Despite some minor durability concerns and practical limitations for indoor use, this is a great pack addition for health and fitness-minded travelers. Pros: - Adds balance to traditional bodyweight routines that typically overemphasize pushing exercises. - Sets up anywhere with a door that fully closes or a sturdy overhead object like a tree. - Lighter than other suspension trainers and multi-use workout devices. Cons: - Sweat absorbing foam pads might retain odor and wear out over time, especially if your hands are prone to sweating. - Attaching to a doorway limits the ranges of motion you can use for certain exercises. I used these at orange theory. Great exercise equipment. Attached a big bolt into the studs and it easily handles my weight.

The gym at home and on the road. Looks just like the one at the gym and works great! Had a little trouble finding the right place to use at home. It needs to be near hinges and on the outside of the door. Heavy duty and portable.
