Is relatively easy to position once you understand the hardware. It's pretty heavy, which is a good thing about the quality. So be sure to use a decent mic stand. Works for my Soyuz 017 tube mic to reject smaller room reflections.

I really like this product but I wish that there could be more space between the foam and the microphone attachment. The mic is too far back and up against the wall. Also when connecting the screws one of them eats into part of the foam. It’s not a huge issue but I’m sure that the foam will wear off where the hardware rests over time. An inch of space would have made a huge difference!

Product seems nice. I've only had it for a couple days but so far I like it. Seems built well and works and functions as I hoped it would. Tip- these devices are made to reduce the amount of sound projected by your own voice from entering the space you're in. The closer you are to the device the more effective it is. It creates a cleaner recording by reducing reflections because it limits your own voice from bouncing around the walls. If you use this and also have something behind you like a couple thick blankets hanging behind you or around you. You will get a very clean vocal recordings. Then you can do whatever you want to your voice in mixing/post etc. I'm happy with this product so far.

This product is great. Not cheap quality or anything. Fit to my microphone stand nicely and included all necessary hardware to attach it with the mic. The only thing I don't like now that I've had it for about 6 months is that it comes loose and wobbles often making me need to tighten (and I do mean really tighten it , with vice grips) or else the wobble is picked up as feedback on the mic from the slightest touch or shake.

I have been looking for something that would work for my home studio but couldn't find something within my budget and fit my space requirements. This fit the bill. The adjustable shield glides nicely and doesnt compromise the unit. The output is fantastic and love that I am able to quickly adjust the sound for layering vocals.
