This phone holder works very well. It is sturdy, sticks to the window well and adjusts angles pretty easily. When we first got it, my phone just barely fit into the standard jaws. It actually fell out when I first used the holder. I contacted VANMASS and they sent me a new unit with longer jaws that work great with my thicker phone. The photos show 2 angles with the original jaws and 2 with the longer jaws (blue foam). You can see the longer jaws actually capture the phone - they "wrap around" the phone. The holder works smoothly - push the jaws to close, push a button to release. Very easy. VANMASS was very responsive to my query and had a solution ready to go. Great product and great customer service! I highly recommend them!

Have been using this for a week and so far so good. It was easy to install, and appears to be stuck well to my dash. It's great seeing my phone well during the drive and it holds the phone pretty steady. There is a little bit of a bounce when driving and hitting any bumps, which not a big deal. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and honestly would have done 4.5 if I could, is the phone cradle arm length. Too short! I upgraded to an Iphone 17 Pro Max, which is the same size as a 16 Pro Max, so thought this would be fine. Bought a case and it isn't even a bulky case, and it just doesn't fit well at all. I've ordered an even slimmer case to see if that will work but wish the arms had some way to adjust for the cases.

I purchased the VANMASS [2025 True Military-Grade] Car Phone Holder primarily for use in my truck, and I can confirm that it absolutely lives up to the promise of "Upgraded Strongest Suction." The main selling point—the dashboard/windshield suction cup—is incredible. I live on some rough, unpaved roads, and this mount hasn't budged an inch. It successfully holds my massive iPhone 17 Pro Max securely, even over large bumps, with zero wobbling or drifting. The "military-grade" construction translates to durable, heavy-duty components that feel built to last several years, not just a few months. Installation was straightforward, and the release mechanism for the phone is smooth and reliable. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five comes down to its sheer size.
