Everything needed to replace the parts was there. The only thing missing was INSTRUCTIONS on how to put it together. That is why I only gave it 3 stars. I think instructions are pretty important & would have helped us a lot & been much quicker. Instead we had to google how to put it together & finally found one that showed what we were doing wrong!
