This light fixture is beautiful. It lights up my dining room in sparkly light. The only issue is it’s a bit fiddly to install. Definitely needed two people to install it (and it would help if you had two tall ladders so you don’t have to hold your arms up in the air so long when you’re installing it). The instructions are VERY basic and VERY short and not very clear to someone who doesn’t install light fixtures very often.

Initially it took 2 hours to hang just to find out the fixture was defective. I returned it received a new one & it took an additional hour to reassemble but once hung, it is absolutely beautiful. Paid more to hang than the fixture itself. It has over 60 lights to install additionally, it requires 12 G56 bulbs that were not included. Cost an additional $46 dollars.

Wife love the fixture. A bit difficult to install. The fixture was hard to connect the wiring due to weight and lack of my ability to support it while attaching wires.

Es fantástica. Pero debe FIIJARSE los extremos de la canopla al techo con 2 tarugos más porque la lámpara es pesada y la caja metálica no pegará si no se hace . Otra sugerencia para darle más valor a la lámpara es CUBRIR EL HORRIBLE CABLE CENTRAL . Yo compre también en Amazon una barra de extensión BOKT downroad de bronce. Es casi el mismo color y tomará 15 minutos más colocarla.

I hired someone to install this in my business, and after he permanently installed the chandelier to the ceiling, we noticed one of the bulb sockets does not work. I cannot return it, as it is already permanently installed, so now I have a chandelier that does not look that great in my business. This would have been perfect if all the sockets were functioning properly. Make sure to check all the sockets and bulbs prior to installing! Edit: I contacted the company and they were so helpful and offered me a refund even though I can’t return the chandelier. Wonderful customer service and quick response! Definitely recommend this product—I got unlucky with a faulty chandelier and for not testing it before installing it. The chandelier is still so beautiful!

I am so pleased with this light! Electrician crew was at my house when it came in and they put it up immediately. They charged more than I paid. I put the 4,000 white light bulbs in and it's plenty bright. My ceiling slopes up so this is perfect - and everyone is loving it. No one can believe I got it for such a great price, too. I am hoping it lasts for the rest of my life and I'm sure it will bring a happy smile to my face every morning like it does now.
