Love this chair, I bought for recovery after shoulder surgery. Pros: I love the fact that it reclines to a sleeping position and the headrest can be elevated. The quality is good and was easy to put together the back was a bit awkward to line up with just one person. The cabling is clearly marked and easy to assemble. Cons: Like all lift chairs getting in an upright position takes time but the motors are quiet. The massage is like a vibration, I would prefer the rollers but there are many settings to choose from. ... show more

We were very relieved to have no issues with our order despite reading several negative reviews that had me worried All 3 pieces arrived together earlier than expected and it functions very well and looks just like the photo. My mom is very happy with it and finds it comfortable as well as fitting in well with the rest of her furniture Only minus is that she finds it hard to access the remote for heat/massage function as there really isn’t a convenient place to store it when not in use (side pocket is hard for her to reach) Also I tried to communicate with seller to verify the color after I placed the order once I realized there are two different dark brown colors and got no response but fortunately ended up with the one I preferred (deep brown) ... show more

Great product, easy to put together, customer service is great. I had a problem finding the connecting wires for the seat and the leg support and they send me a video which showed exactly were they were. I just did not see them. Love the recliner, the message and the heating are perfect and very comfortable. I highly recommend the company and the products. ... show more

Really liking the chair so far, though what if there is a power outage? There are no manual options, which I would definitely look for in the future. I gave it a 4 star rating because assembly was not as easy as the video makes it out to be, especially hooking up the various power cords. Recommend each set have color coded tape to make hook up so much easier. A couple had color tape, but not all and it was very confusing. Requiring many video replays, pausing, rewinding.
