Description
The Trinity Audio Solutions H Series H18 D2 is a high-performance 18-inch subwoofer engineered for extreme low-frequency output and high-power car audio systems. Rated at 3,500 watts RMS and 9,000 watts burst power, it features a Dual 2-Ohm voice coil configuration, 3.5" x 60 mm coil dimensions, quad- stacked ferrite motor, rigid composite paper cone with carbon fiber dust cap, and 4-gauge speaker terminals. Its 32 mm X-max, triple-layer foam high- excursion surround, and 10-inch quad-layer progressive spider pack provide substantial controlled cone movement. For enclosure planning, Trinity recommends a 3.1 ft³ net internal volume for a single sealed enclosure. For a single vented enclosure, Trinity recommends 5.75 ft³ net internal volume with 77.6 in² of port area tuned to 29 Hz. Recommended enclosure construction is 3/4" MDF or plywood. The subwoofer has an 18.45" outer diameter, 16.77" cutout diameter, 12" mounting depth, and 0.56 ft³ displacement.
