First. I read all the one star reviews. I am in technology so I know that give a piece of electronics to a carrier and a number of things can happen on its way to Florida from China. Second. Most electronics, if they are going to fail, will fail in the first 90 days. This is due to a number of reasons, most dealing with shipping. Failures can happen if quality control does not catch loose items, loose parts or dirt that can have a devastating effect on IC boards. Third. This device had a number of complaints, but some I liken to trying to please all the people all the time. All this said, this little box is a great machine for me. It's clock speed, graphics specs, ports, SDD HD (which I augment with a 4 TB Seagate HD), and processor make it a sound investment. I read about the problems with customer service -- but all that said -- I bought the 3 year extended warrantee for 40 dollars. Call it peace of mind. and a second organization in my corner if I have to do battle with Trigkey or Amazon for a replacement.

Fast, quiet, tiny, decent number of ports, extra SATA drive bay, 4K output, fast WiFi and Ethernet, and sturdy build quality. It seems to run slightly hot (~70°) but apparently this is normal for this CPU. I don't play games so no feedback on that. Very surprising that something like this (desktop performance in a small case) is available at such affordable prices. I now have two of these Trigkey units and couldn't be more pleased.

I purchased this with high hopes of using it for a fast and quiet PC. This would mainly be used for work (emails, word processing, and browsing) but while searching for a mini pc among many for sale I was amazed with this one being advertised as a gamer. I purchased it and upon using it for a few days I couldn't get over the fan noise. I contacted support a few times and they were very eager to offer solutions (within 24hrs or so). But everything I tried to reduced the fan noise caused the mini pc to heat up. I ended up switching the bios settings back to default and that's when I found another problem. The video card is using between 4-5GB of the 16GB of installed DDR5 memory. Leaving 11.8GB (If I remember correctly). And no way to completely disable this completely. I believe this would be avoided if it were sold with 32GB.l, but I had problems running games due to low memory. I ended up returning it for a full refund and searched around for a replacement, but to be honest I was a bit gunshy to buy another one. I ended up buying a few Intel NUC extremes with Intel i7-8700k CPUs with a dedicated Radeon Card. These NUCs have 32GB Ram and can run anything I throw at them including turning one into a Media Server running Plex & Emby simultaneously. The 2nd one is Promox which is a virtual server running multiple Linux and Windows virtual machines. I wouldn't suggest this mini PC unless fan noise doesn't bother you. But remember if it's noisy and it's brand new in a year it will be even louder

Good for gaming, Runs fortnite and insomniac miles morales spiderman and etc very smoothly with no stutters, only problem was the software when it came to downloading games (msi problems) but was easy to fix through downloading stuff through the cmd command prompt, Also way smaller than I thought which is actually very impressive considering how powerful this is, no point in getting consoles when this pc is 100x better then them
