I recently ordered these as a replacement for an older set. I had actually ordered a slightly "less expensive" set before ordering these bands. They seemed identical, but the material on that other set was cheap, there was no resistance in the tubes, and I ended up wasting my time having to return them and wait to order this set. These bands, however, have been great so far, the material on the tubes has provided the resistance for which I was looking, and I've used them every day since receiving for pushing and pulling movements to supplement the lack of barbells and dumbbells during social distancing. The small details are appreciated as well. Each of the tubes are permanently affixed with a tag that displays the equivalent weight for the resistance (not just some label applied to the tube which will wear off), there are a few nice accessories such as straps which you can use for non standard tricep/bicep pulling/pushing movements, and the handles were a nice surprise as well. The handles allow themselves to rotate so that you can maintain a proper grip on the handles without readjusting, and they are just slightly flared our on each end so that the strap never makes contact with your hand when using...which is something I didn't realize would make such a big improvement over my older set! A gym that you can use anytime, anyplace! Equipment allows you to do a variety of exercises for any area of the body. Tubes and bands provide progressive resistance to meet you where you are now and follow with you as you progress. Pack it in you carry on luggage, exercise on your schedule in the convenience o your location. Quality tubes, bands, and padded handles. I showed this kit to my Physical Therapist, and she was so impressed with kit and exercises that she showed it to others in her facility! Wish I found this before I needed a physical therapist! Now, I’ve only had these for a few weeks so keep that in mind, but based upon what I’ve seen so far, here’s the review: The product comes in a nice carrying bag. It is easy to re-pack everything into the case after use. The bands are high quality and give a consistent, smooth resistance throughout the workout. Of course like all bands, there is increased resistance the further it is pulled, but it feels like the weight estimates on each band are pretty true to what I can typically move with free weights. My favorite part about this set is that the system is super easy to use. I can add or remove weight easily just by clipping different bands onto the handles. This product really shines with the door-mount piece. It essentially allows me to set these up at even more heights than would be possible with a cable machine. While I wouldn’t say these are a full replacement for the stuff at the gym, they are definitely worth it if you are not looking to use the space or money required to make a home gym. 10/10 I would recommend these ... show more

I’ve never used this type of workout system before, depending instead on the weight machines at the gym, so it’s taking a bit of time to develop an equivalent workout regimen. And there are exercises that aren’t available (or that I can’t come up with that are equivalents to the gym weight machines) that I’m used to, so I’m missing some of my lower body workouts (e.g. leg extensions). Also I’m not sure how the weights ascribed to the bands are calculated – the more they stretch the more effort is required. Which is actually fine, because of the linear variable resistance you don’t get to slack off at the apex of the exercise! Pros: The hand grips are good, the leg harnesses are comfortable, the door anchor is secure. The loop bands seem fine although they’re a bit loose. I noticed that one of the other brands advertised on Amazon had workout bands only in 10 pound increments, but the 5 pound band in this set is important for me to be able to increase the weight without overwhelming my ability. Cons: The carabiners are small, and one is already having trouble aligning with the notch. Four of the five bands have weights stitched on (5lbs, 20lbs etc) but one is missing any identification. Also, there are numerous inconsistencies between the pictures and the text in the downloadable eBook of exercises. It’s not a deal-breaker, but a little proof-reading might be nice. Overall, after about 3 months of every-other-day use. I would recommend this as a stay-at-home alternative to the gym. ... show more

haven't used them long enough to assess durability (& probably won't use the door anchor, our apt is very old & the doors slip open), but really enjoying having so many options. so far I've used the resistance loop bands the most - I'm very petite & they're the perfect size for leg work. i have used the other bands casually but like the feel of them. the ankle strap Velcro is very secure, & the exercise bands clasp securely to them or the handles with a really legit clasp....to be honest, for this price point, if the rubber makes it a couple years without any major breakdowns & the connecting pieces don't fall off, I'll be stoked. it's a really awesome complete band set for someone who dabbles or doesn't have space for a home gym (or, like me, has an amazing park with outdoor fitness area). i use a different fitness company's videos & this set was WAY WAY WAY less expensive than the branded one. for the value + price, I'm contemplating buying a second for more band options/a travel bag! ... show more
