    • It stopped working after 2 months and the company that made it did not know how to fix it
It paused right in the middle of using it. I powered it off and on and all the lights come on but it does nothing. Left it unplugged for a while then plugged it back in and all the lights come on but it does nothing. After 6 months of dealing with Botorro customer service they gave up stating that they could not fix it and were not willing to try anymore. This is the email they set me "It's really a pity we didn't help you fix this issue at last. Thank you very much for all your cooperation and patience." ... show more

I'm satisfied so far. It's straightforward. easy to operate. I loved that there was no assembly. I like the longer and wider belt. It's all this 85-year-old needs to keep bones strong and stay out of a wheelchair. The only hiccup was getting the foam packing off.     • Pretty good, but some features lacking for the price
I had this treadmill sitting in a box in my garage for over a year, I finally had a chance to unbox it and started using it for about a week. First, the treadmill is nice. It is hefty, it feels durable and well built. I can't say how it will hold up in the coming months, but so far so good. It works fine. This is not an entry grade treadmill, I had one of those which I was using - something around the 200 dollar price point. It was fine for its purpose. This is a higher grade treadmill, the R7 - at the time of my purchase this was 1099 dollars. So at that price, I think I would mention these issues: 1. Whenever I pause, the settings reset. So if I am going on 12% incline and 3.4 mph, and I want to pause to have a drink for 20 seconds, I have to re-engage the settings instead of being able to just continue automatically at the previously set incline and speed. 2. This says it is a folding treadmill. If you want to fold down the table and legs, you have to unscrew 4 bolts with a wrench. If should have some unlocking mechanism that allows you to fold it down for storage, otherwise calling this a 'foldable treadmill' is misleading. Those are my issues, otherwise I like this treadmill and plan to use it regularly. I will update my review if I see any problems with performance after a couple of months. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought the Botorro R7 machine I paid $1000 for this and it is not fair that you buy something that is not cheap at all and gets damaged in a short time, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF THIS BRAND, I bought it through Amazon and they did not answer me they sent me to claim the seller of the brand and I contacted them and they seemed that they were going to help me with my problem and then they simply stopped responding $1000 thrown away, do not buy any product from them, I invite you to go to Amazon and look for their products and see The reviews have very bad ratings, these machines are common to be damaged mine it just stopped working when it was in use and it felt a burning smell and down on the floor there was a black powder and it never worked again, its lubrications were always done as the machine requires it because she asks for it when she needs it.
