This is quite possibly my best Amazon purchase ever. I have pretty severe ADHD, and exercise helps me quite a bit. The problem is that I just can’t motivate myself to go to yoga or put on sunscreen to walk outside. Having this little treadmill right in my home makes it so easy just to walk for 15 minutes any time of day while reading or watching a show. It works really well, and it gets up to a decent speed. The number of calories it shows being burned and the distance walked are very different from what my Apple Watch shows, but I don’t care about that. It does what I need it to do. It basically comes already assembled. This treadmill probably would not be a good fit for a larger person. I’m 5’7” and around 110 lbs, and it’s sturdy enough for me. I don’t think a tall, heavy man would feel too comfortable on it though. The cat likes to sit on it but is too lazy to walk on it. ... show more

    • Compact treadmill, easier get some movement at home
I keep this treadmill set up next to my bed in this little nook where there is just enough room, and it’s been a nice addition to my evenings. I like to hop on for a brisk walk while watching TV before bed, it’s a chill way to get some movement in, maybe 30 to 40 minutes, and I’m sweating a bit by the end. The treadmill's size fits in my small bedroom without feeling like it’s taking over. Setting it up was simple; I got it out of the box and ready to go in maybe 20 minutes. The handlebar can be folds down when I’m done for saving space. I can slide the whole thing under my bed, and since it’s not super heavy, I can move it myself. I also like that I can rest my phone or a sweat towel on the handle when it’s up. The remote control for the speed is easy to use, though you have to press it a bunch to get from a slow walk to something faster. It ramps up gradually, but I sometimes wish it were a tad quicker to adjust. On the flip side, there’s a slight plastic smell when I first started using it. It’s faded over time. Also, while the walking surface is fine for me at a fast walk, around 3 to 4 miles per hour, it feels a little narrow if I try to push the pace too much.     • Good for old, high weight users just starting to exercise after years of neglect.
1. The "instruction manual" section on using the remote was incomprehensible. It appears it was originally written in some other language and translated very poorly. The led display was clear, but the labels under the numbers were very dull and hard to read. The handle is of fixed length, so that I find myself leaning forward to grab it rather than being able to stand straight. 2. OTOH, for this 87 year old guy, 270 lb with minor balance problems, I love the wide range of speeds on the belt. I'm a real beginner, so I started up at 0.6 mph and worked up to 1.2 mph for 10 minutes. I can handle that, but it's still work. I use it 3x/day and am feeling better in my legs already. I've had it for about 3 weeks. I will try to go faster and longer as time passes. Overall, I'm happy with this because it will handle my weight and offers a wide speed range. This pedestrian platform has completely changed my life! I know this sounds dramatic, but I can't say how good this product is. This makes it easy to exit and gain some extra steps throughout the day. The wheels at the end make it easy to change positions. I know I want one with armrests when walking, so it's an effortless choice. By unscrewing the two protrusions at the bottom, the bar can be easily adjusted. The bottom screen displays well how far you have walked, how long you have walked, and the calories burned. I have no problem with the remote control, it's very convenient to walk.     • Advertised speed is a lie
I am a runner. This does NOT go to 6.2 mph. When you're on what is listed as 6.2 mph you're actually going 4-4.5 mph. The main reason I got this was because it advertised going to 6.2 mph. Furthermore, all the screws and bolts were loose in the box and one screw was missing.

Only had this for four days. Materials and craftsmanship appear good. It fits nicely into a corner of our bedroom. So far, I have run a total of 25 miles in 4 days at an average speed of 5.8 MPH. I find the instructions, especially those for lubricating to be a bit confusing but for this price, I can live with it! This sure is a lot more convenient than the large, industrial grade treadmills I have used in the past. It also beats walking/running out in the Florida heat! BTW, I am age 74 and weight about 150 Lbs. ... show more

This product is absolutely perfect for my needs. Well constructed. Very solid. Economically priced. Very intelligently packaged for safe arrival. It counts everything and even has a pause feature on the remote control which I REALLY like as it picks up where you left off if you are interrupted or want to squeeze in 5 minutes here in there to build your strength up. This is an inexpensive, no frills treadmill. Comfort is not a feature of this unit. It does treadmill things but if you are used to a treadmill you can comfortable jog on, this is not for you.
