I was ready to send this back, because the instructions certainly aren’t clear about its operation. However, I found an online video which provided more details, and it works nicely. In fact, I think the one I received was a return, because when I opened the water chamber, water spilled out! When working on a big project, I refilled it several times; so I wish the steam lasted longer.

I used it twice and it stopped working. It shows power, but the display does not work. The device no longer heats up. That’s a lot of money for something that only worked twice. I no longer have the plastic stand or the box it came in. I assumed if I was able to use it twice, it would continue to work. Find a better product.
