Because it folds to the size of a carry-on suitcase, it is easy to transport in the car and because of it, I have been able to be much more mobile. I have owned other scooters in the past, but the size and weight of this one make it far superior to anything that I owned previously.     • Very easy to transport and the battery last all day.

I have really enjoyed my scooter, it has allowed me to be mobile again and it is very easy travel with it folds up t like suitcase and is so confusing even at restaurants. You can park it up against your table completely out of the way. It fits in your car with ease. It's pretty fast at about 5 mph.

The book sent as instructions doesn’t match the scooter I ordered. No phone number for technical assistance. Cannot get remote to properly work! Save your money as I regret buying this piece of junk that cost me almost $3,000.!

Very grateful that the company responded to my several questions in a timely manner before I bought the unit. Only complaint is that the unit @ 50+ pounds is not as easy to put in the car as the videos indicate.

I purchased this scooter for my mom to use on our trip to Florida and had it shipped to our home there. Our trip was delayed because my mom passed. When I finally arrived in Florida to unpack the scooter, there was no remote. The company told me I would have to purchase my own remote because too much time had passed. The company who owns and operates mobile chairs such is this are professional and kind. They care about the total person versus just making money. The product was delivered on time. There was no damages on said property. The product was just exactly how it was describe.
