I got this for my wife for Mother’s Day and just finished putting it together. She hasn’t ridden it yet, so I can only speak for how it arrived and the assembly. The written assembly directions are straight from the philosophy of “You know what? Let’s ship the directions offshore to someone who doesn’t know the language. Or maybe even an educationally challenged state in the U.S. Save ourselves some money.” They are all but useless other than as general guidelines. Tiny type, the spelling and grammar are dreadful and the illustrations are so muddy they look like Rorschach tests. My son and I have barely passable mechanical skills and it took us a few hours. Anyone with better ability and patience won’t find the assembly too taxing. The contents of the box were well-padded and protected. Hope this helps. ... show more
