My wife and I are almost at the one year anniversary of the purchase of our his and hers Heybike Cityscape 2.0's. Still think they are great! We've ridden them on roads, paved and gravel trails, flat surfaces and hills and they never disappoint. Rock solid performance, always fun to ride. Mechanically, I'm impressed with the sturdiness and quality of the build. I'm 6'2'' and 215 lbs and have never felt like I'm pushing the limits of the strength of the frame or components. Nothing cheap here. I've made a few adjustments here and there but nothing that I wouldn't have had to do with other bikes. I'm also satisfied with the customer service Heybike provides. They've responded quickly to a couple of questions that I've had and don't make me feel like they've abandoned me after the purchase (as we seem to be getting used to , good interactions with companies are getting to be a pretty rare thing these days). Get one of these and get out there and live life! BE SAFE! PS - I just checked and the black one is now over $350. less than what I paid, that is a bargain!

I purchased this product and when I filled the tire to the proper pressure it burst. I ordered two new inner tubes and replaced the one that had blown. In the meantime, I contacted Hey bike via email. They responded quickly and sent a new inner tube in the mail. After replacing the blown innertube the subsequent new innertubes blew. When the third innertube blew a piece of the tire was blown free. I contacted Hey bike again and suggested it was the tire not the innertube. They sent a new tire, and my wife and I have had a great time enjoying the bikes. I might add that her bike had no issues. The response from Hey bike was impressive. I know with anything you can get a flawed item. But the true character of a company is backing the product when an issue arrives. As for the bikes, we got the cityscape2.0 and love them. Fairly easy assembly and easy to ride.

The 2.0 is my second Heybike Cityscape, and I'm just as thrilled with this one as I was with my first! It's an outstanding quality and a great value. My sister bought green, my husband has the blue, and I got a white one - so we're a heybike family! Battery life is fantastic, and the pedal-assist is so easy to use. I rarely use anything above pedal assist 1, but when I do, the speed is just right. I really like the upgraded, sleek design of the 2.0 with a hidden battery compartment. The weight of bike is very evenly distributed. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd Heybike. I absolutely love the Cityscape model. ( I upgraded to this 2.0 model and have a 2nd bike for visitors. ) My only.. only complaint with Heybikes are that fact that they do not make a pretty girl FRONT BASKET. They only offer the metal black basket. Boo.. I would like a version that looks similar to a wicker basket or even metal, but in that style. Please, please for all us girls make a cuter front basket for us.

Purchased the new e-bike in April and the PAS quit working. The throttle still works but the PAS does not. Also, when I got the bike the front brake disc was bent. They did send me a new one at no charge but I had to change it myself. Luckily hey know how to do that kind of stuff. Update: The seller has taken the best care of my issues.
