Overall: I purchased the Matte Black T21 Tonal Fits. Highly recommend for the price and would buy again. I have purchased several TOZO products and think they offer great products at reasonable prices. Pros: - Comfortable fit. Earbuds are on the large size but feel secure in the ear. Might feel a touch of discomfort when initially trying them out due to the large size but it went away for me after a day or two. *Note: Make sure you rotate the stem that hangs down so that it is forward of vertical. This makes a better fit and significantly improves overall sound and bass response (this is addressed in the manual). - Great sound. *Note: To achieve the best sound out of these earbuds, you MUST download the TOZO app on your smartphone so you can adjust the EQ of the earbuds. You technically don’t have to use the app, but it’s well worth it and the app is free (you don’t even have to create a TOZO account if you don’t want). Out of the box, these earbuds sound OK but nothing special. The bass is weak and woofy and the mids are too pronounced and muddy. Download the app to create a custom EQ preset that you can save and will be applied to your earbuds. The preset is set-and-forget…you don’t have to set it every time you take the earbuds out of the case. I created a custom EQ preset (see photos) that matched my studio monitor headphones as closely as I could get it with the limited ability to adjust the EQ in the TOZO app. The earbuds sound SO much better now. (and if anyone is interested I achieve a Flat Frequency Response in my studio monitor headphones by using the SonarWorks SoundID Reference app I purchased for my computer. This app calibrates studio monitor headphones to achieve as flat of a frequency response as possible so your headphone audio isn’t colored unnecessarily by the design of the headphones). If you don’t want to create a custom EQ preset in the TOZO app, then the Classical or R&B presets are the closest you will get to the custom preset I created. - Nice design. Overall, the earbuds are a good build quality. Nothing screams very fancy or very cheap. Both the earbuds and the case have a mostly Matte Black finish. The case display is crystal clear…no clue how long the battery life readouts will last though before it stops working. Cons: - Size. As mentioned above, the earbuds are fairly large especially compared to Apple earbuds. These will likely not be comfortable for small ears. - App. The app itself is great so far (I have an iPhone). Very clean and easy to navigate. BUT, the App is absolutely necessary to get the best sound out of these earbuds. Out of the box these earbuds don’t sound anything special. Hopefully TOZO supports the app for a long-time. If they don’t, then you will be stuck with mediocre-sounding earbuds out of the box. If you are looking for TOZO earbuds that sound as close to a flat frequency response as you are probably going to get out of cheap earbuds, then buy the TOZO T20's. After comparing the T20's against my studio monitor headphones (using SonarWorks SoundID Reference app), I decided to leave the T20's on the Standard EQ preset in the TOZO app. Do note that the T20's use the silicone earpieces. - Charging cable is short. Less than 1ft long. Not so much a con…just something to note. To be fair, the cable can only be so big and still fit in the small product packaging.

I love these ones they fit great in my ears and the sound is incredible. The bass is amazing and you can hear everything. Great price and love the colors you can get. Tozo earbuds are my go to when I want more or need new ones. They perform just like the high price competition. They have all kinds of styles and I have quite a few of them. It's was the T10s that I first tried and they were awesome and water proof. All of them I have are and they all performed flawlessly so far. Good battery and I can walk away from my phone pretty far. And I also have the crystal tozo earbuds and have dropped those so many times 😳🤣 and they still look brand new and the case does some how. Just buy em

These have decent sound and good battery life. They charge wirelessly so I can just "set it and forget it" whenever they need a charge. They are comfortable and light weight. I can use them for work calls or when I go jogging or when I mow the lawn. The controls are easy to use and they are very responsive. The app makes them even better with the ability to change the sound profile. Overall, they're great little ear buds!

I found these earbuds to be very easy to use! -shows the battery life -recharges quickly -charge can last for hours (I don’t use it all day everyday so my charge can last for days) -the fit is not perfect but I do feel secured wearing them. Adjusting them usually pauses the music since they are touch earbuds, but that doesn’t bother me. -the case is not huge but it is bigger than some earbud cases I have had in the past. Personally I am okay with this since the case is easy to find! Controls are all touch so it can be overly sensitive to when you shift the buds and I would like for the magnet on the case to be stronger so it doesn’t open easily when you drop it but over all these were a great purchase for the price.

Once you have everything unpacked, it's recommended to download the TOZO app to get the most out of your earbuds. The app allows you to upgrade the firmware and personalize your listening experience. You can choose from pre-set sound profiles or create your own using the "EQ Zone" feature within the app. It's important to note that these customizations will only be active while the app is running. Sound Quality and Functionality Despite their size, the earbuds deliver surprisingly impressive sound. Music played through them is clear and offers a wide range of tones. Call quality is crisp on both ends, and users report being heard clearly during phone calls. An important detail to note is that these earbuds are not designed for active noise cancellation. By allowing ambient noise in, they prioritize safety and situational awareness over complete noise blocking. Connectivity and Fit Connecting the earbuds to a Windows laptop was a breeze, and sound adjustments could still be made through a separate media application. While the sound quality remained good, it wasn't quite as exceptional as when using the TOZO app. The fit of these earbuds may vary depending on the user's ear shape and size.
