*BUYER BEWARE: MINE CAME IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND WAS SEALED, BUT THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE CASE FOR EVERYONE AS SOME HAVE SAID THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THEIRS IN THE ORIGINAL BOX.* So, when I received these, I did not imagine it being boxed nicely. But was I dead wrong. When I opened the Amazon packaging, I saw an Apple AirPods Pro boxed sealed and in pristine condition. I unwrapped it and opened the box and it was like opening a box for a pair of brand new AirPods. Everything down to the cable was properly placed and the headphones along with the case didnât even look like they had been touched! AND THESE ARE RENEWED! Itâs like I bought a pair brand new for less amount of money. A4C Online is absolutely amazing for how they packaged this product and the condition of these renewed AirPods Pro is beyond my belief. I truly didnât expect the quality I received. As for the headphones themselves, jaw dropping amazement. From the noise cancellation, to the quality of the headphones, itâs all amazing. The noise cancellation is beyond belief. I set these up, put them in my ears while I listened to my fan, and turned on noise cancellation. Boom. The sound of the fan disappeared, like magic! The noise cancellation doesnât block out every loud noise like movies, but itâs much better than anything Iâve ever used. Transparency is wonderful and definitely allows me to hear around me while I still listen to the music or video Iâm listening to. Iâm not sure if their are better headphones out there that do transparency better, but seeing how Iâve never seen headphones have this kind of feature, itâs definitely one of the reasons I bought these, especially so I can be at work and keep both headphones in without having to just leave one in so I may listen to whatâs around me. The sound quality is crystal clear and makes me hear more of the music than I ever thought I could. The spatial sound turns music into a surround sound experience that was way better than I expected. The spatial sound was a little hard to setup, but that may just be because Iâm an idiot. May take a few times, but youâll get it eventually if you have the same problems I had. So far using these headphones, the only bad thing I can say about them is that the bass might be a little lower than I expected? But itâs not a big deal to me as I enjoy more of the quality of the sound rather than heavy bass, so if you really need to have heavy bass in your headphones, these might not be for you. As for the battery life, I havenât had them long enough to know how well they are especially since these are also renewed. Thank you A4C Online for these wonderful headphones. I still cannot believe these are renewed headphones and am so glad I bought these from you! Thanks again. If youâre looking for a pair of AirPod Pros, youâre definitely making the right choice buying from them. *Updated Review* The battery life is quite decent. After about 4 or 5 hours the battery life will drop to about 75%. Much more than I expected from a renewed product. Transparency is not as affective as I had originally thought. I have to turn down my music if I want to be able to hear anyone else. I wish they made it so you could increase the transparency to be louder otherwise I have to keep my music down low. Otherwise an excellent product still and I recommend buying these renewed AirPods.

Disclaimer: This 1-star review is more for the Amazon Returns team than the product itself. If you are looking to buy this product, I'll let you know I did order a second pair that worked great (I would have loved to give 5 stars), but I had a bad experience with the first pair that has caused months of customer service trouble. If you happen to get a defective pair, I cannot guarantee Amazon would give you a refund when you send it back. I ordered a pair of these renewed AirPods and found that there was a malfunction, where the speakers made a popping sound with every step I took when I ran. (I ordered another pair to see if every pair had that issue, but the second pair worked fine.) So I tried returning the first pair that was defective. Amazon was helpful in starting the return process, and I returned the AirPods in the same condition in which I received them. However, I NEVER got a refund. It's been 4 months. I called Customer Service 5 separate times, and each time they instructed me to fill out an appeal form. I did this multiple times, and even a couple customer service agents issued appeals from their end. But nothing came of it. With each appeal, I received an automated response saying that they can't issue a refund because they received a damaged item, but that's exactly why I returned it in the first place! They said I returned the item in a different condition than I received it, which is untrue and I've wasted hours trying to explain this but the customer service agents can't do anything about it. I'm not sure if it got damaged along the way back or if the people who process returns are just too unwilling to admit they've made a mistake. But either way, Amazon received my product worth $162.18, and I never saw a penny of the refund. They essentially stole from me by not holding up their end of the return deal, and not even offering to send the product back to me. This makes me very wary to order from Amazon Renewed again, and quite frustrated at their unwillingness to understand. Amazon, you are sitting on trillions of dollars. I don't care what budget it comes from, but I'd appreciate if you could spare $162.18 to one long-time customer who really wants to keep believing that Amazon has great customer service. Please make this right. NOTE: If I hear back from Amazon and get a full refund, I will edit my review to reflect the good pair I got instead of this bad experience... not to mention have my faith in their refund policy restored.

First off there is no difference between a new pair of these AirPods Pro Gen. 2 and this refurbished pair besides the packaging. There are no signs of use, no signs that a human has ever touched them. They came with new earbud tips, a new USB-C to Lightning cable and really nothing else. Next, the quality of the AirPods. They sound amazing. According to the app on the iPhone the large tips work best with my ears and form the best seal. It literally sounds like you're wearing over the ear studio headphones. I test everything audio with AC/DC's "Back in Black" because of the crispness or the recording, quiet intro with high hats, and punchy bass and kick drum. The song is a good indicator to me as to how other musical pieces will sound. I tried some hip hop and some podcasts, my other two favorite genres and the results were amazing. I love these headphones! Noise cancellation worked great, completely cutting myself off from the outside world. Thats our because these new Pros feature "Conversation Awareness" that is almost like magic. Just now I went into the store listening to music and as soon as I got the counter and started talking the volume automatically turned down and the noise cancellation turned off. It worked so well! They are extremely comfortable to wear with no ear fatigue. I could wear these for hours (and I do). Lastly the big test: Can I sleep in them? I love falling asleep to podcasts about the end of civilizations in history, a topic just engaging enough while being just boring enough to facilitate sleep. These worked like a charm. I'm a side sleeper and these were comfortable in the ear on the pillow and the one in the air. I will wear these every night! I paid $171 for this refurbished set and that deal is amazing for what you get. The build quality makes me feel that with a little care these will last for years in my ears. Upon using them I would gladly pay the retail price of $249, but am glad I found this deal instead!

AirPod pro 2s worked great. They sounded good. Had good battery life and looked new. My only problem was that the two pods and case were evidently from different units initially. Along with that one or more of the previous owners didnât disconnect their Apple ID from the devices. Because of all of this I couldnât fully connect my account and use the âfind myâ feature. It ended up being all okay though since I was able to return them and get another pair next day. Would still recommend, this comes with the territory. Everything else still worked great and theyâre easy to use.

Got these for working outdoors mowing lawns, they came in great shape and work really well. Sound quality is good, noise cancellation is amazing, and I found that they fit really well in the ear. The âfind myâ app didnât work at first but after messaging customer support they were quick to explain how to reset the AirPods and get them to work with the âfind myâ app on iPhone.
