First time ever buying a refurbished electronic (especially if it's going to be touching my body) And I'm honestly happily surprised. I wasn't expecting to receive the whole kit, just the headset, maybe the case. Especially when it says the charging wire and mic wire aren't included. But was so thrilled to find all pieces were included and there's no sign of wear or tear. I am however a tad disappointed to later find out that a brand new headset is available on the Beats website for only $20 and the original price here was just shy of the new headset but included a 20% discount. I have own the Beat Solos 1, 2 & 3 and thought I was happy with my purchase until now. I figure bigger was not always better, but in this case it is. Yes storage is a little more bulky compared to the Solo line, but once on your head, you truly will not feel a difference in the wear. Where it excelled for me is the over ear cup design. Now let me preference this by saying my ears are a tad on the smaller size compared to a "average size" ear. So my ear fitting in the cup for the most part compared to the cup resting on my ear with the Solos is a game changer. I workout, yard work & general use is extremely more comfortable. The noise cancellation is a good option to as well with the ability to turn it off when you don't need it or want to conserve battery. Then even that feature can be turned on and off through an iPhone or Apple Watch. Yes 24hr battery compared to 40hr battery life is not great. But it's not a hassle to charge. The pricing difference is well worth it. Especially if you purchase a "Renewed" pair like I did which saved me over $100 dollars. Pricing it competitive with the brand new Solo pricing. ... show more

I was so nervous before getting this Beat, due to the fact that it’s a refurbished item, plus some of the bad reviews got me more nervous! But, I went for it because the price was more affordable for me. I got the black & gold! Let me tell you, if you’re customer like me, read up on so many reviews on a product before buying it, I’m telling you now, I’m happy with my purchased on this item! It was a NEW Beat! The only thing was probably plastic warps was removed, if the brand new Beat has plastic warps on it, otherwise my Beat got in today fairly new! Layers of boxes, the actual cover inside, two wires, like a key chain thing, and the pamphlet were all in the package. I’m happy with my purchased! Give it a try for the price is right, if ya don’t want get a new one and if you’re not happy, return it! Easy as that! UPDATE 01/2021 I was too excited upon receiving my new BEAT but I should’ve waited to use it for a while before giving my review. It was cool for few days BUT later on I started experiencing some problems, First, the right side of the headphone started losing the sound then it comes back on, like it’s on and off. Second, it would make this big wild loud noise then it goes silent before it comes back on again. Third, in order for me to get a good beat on this headphone I have to turn the volume low-med not high or too loud otherwise it’ll make this weird sound and hurt my ears😖 I’m a runner and good beat is very important to me to maintain my energy but this BEAT doesn’t deliver! After all, it’s a refurbished🤷♀️ I should’ve just buy a NEW BEAT! My advice to you, I know we like to save little money here and there but if you want something worth for your money save up and buy yourself a new BEAT! I received my beats studio and the first thing I noticed is the box looks as if it was never opened before. I said okay that could just be some magic trick that they use to make it look legit. I opened the box it was rough at first because I have nails and nails and stubborn boxes don’t mix well. When I finally got done going to war with the box victory was won by me I was rather surprised to see that nothing and I mean nothing looked as if it’s been touch before. The cords and charging cable appear to be brand new which is the perfect match with my beats. Okay now I’m stoked because I absolutely love the color of my beats I turn them on to pair them and it was completely dead. My heart sunk to the pits of hell. I charged them up for 10 minutes so I can pair my headphones as I was still nervous about the sound quality. At last I paired the headphone to my phone super easy but I have a iPhone so that may help. I hurry up and played a song out my iTunes and I must say the quality is very good to me. I have beats solo already and I will say this is a upgrade to those. The bass is much richer and stronger with ANC on it makes it even better although it’s so loud and deep you don’t really need the ANC unless you’re literally using these for more of a studio purpose and want to focus on certain parts of a song. Over all I’m completely happy I took this chance to order them I also paid for A extra warranty on them just in case they go out on me in the near future but over all I’m very pleased ... show more
