I just bought this scooter on 9/18/21 and it had been nothing but a nightmare. They advertise this scooter as an "adult commuter" this scooter won't commute to the local elementary school and back (7 minutes down the road by car and 15 by the scooter) you can charge it as directed and it'll die in under an hour. The battery will jump from 4 notches to 1 notch. When it first arrived it was missing the nut to be able to put the headlight on, they only included the screw. The seat fully tightened still wobbles. The pole that the seat attaches to comes out of the scooter easily even when it is fully tightened. The left brake broke off just by using it. The seller said they would send a replacement but never did. The front tire studders at random really bad. and the scooter will stop wanting to drive at random and you have to mess with the settings and turn it off and back on to get it to drive again until it decides to go back out on its own. The scooter also spends more time on the charger then I do driving it. For $500 ... this is a scam. Take your business elsewhere. This company has been horrible to work with and the scooter itself is a nightmare.

The media could not be loaded. It says 15mph but I was able to get it to 18mph, this is an amazing scooter I absolutely love it, my road is being worked on and it rides soooo smooth. Sucks that the seat turns no matter how tight it is BUT the lights are bright and the horn is LOUD.

Runs good with plenty of power to occasionally move a 200lb man. It has a governor with multiple steps. The digital display only shows speed in km/hr (kinda weird). We did have trouble about a week after we got it… It was showing a error code. I reached out to seller and they provided a procedure that easily fixed the problem. My 13 year old daughter loves it!!

The brakes on the scooter is the best, it stop on a dime! The pole that comes with the scooter for the seat is cheap and keep going down, when you seat on it and does not lock other wise the scooter works fine.

No stars... Back tire is extremely hard to add air due the NO Space.. I can't add any!!! seat is not stable, battery runs out super fast.. waste of my money.. Bike is hard to push ....

This was my 10 year olds big birthday gift due to no party this year. After days of researching seated scooters i agreed on this one & i made an excellent choice. Our whole family has enjoyed this scooter. It charges easily, we've seen the speed go to 26mph & you're actually done riding by the time the battery depletes. I've rode it to the gas station down the street at night & my toddler loves to ride with me around the block. Would purchase again. Ours has a seat issue where the seat moves back & forth as you sit, so it makes balancing rather difficult, but hopefully we find a fix for that. Overall it was a great choice!

I took it for a 20 mile ride today and it did great. Was full speed 15mph the whole time, even went up bridges. Lights are awesome too and yes the back red light turns on when you break. Only thing I wish was if the charger plug hole was anywhere else other under it lol
