Scooter was damaged during shipment. The company's customer service were very nice about sending out replacement parts. Slapped the new pieces on and the scooter rides great! I think this is the same make and model as other "Chopper" style E-Scooters out, but for about $1,000 less. Very cool little E-Scooter, and many thanks to the team at Toxozers!

First off, I love the way the bike looks. I am, however, disappointed that the bike does wobble above 45kph as it would be nice to go above 30mph. It struggles with hills too, only getting up to about 25kph, so you might get honked at if you live in a hilly area. Also, The range is nearly half what is listed in the description- which left me stranded halfway home from work on my first attempted commute. I’m hoping it’s just an issue with the battery and that I can get a replacement though.

Hired a pro to inspect and all electical system and outlet/plugs are, were fine. Check good. Battery would not hold charge. I am not able to find information on exchange. Have sent emails possibly to the wrong people. IMPORTANT NOTE: The metal frame (2 supporting side bars on package) was bent badly on one side. Trying to guess THE 'how' is not relative. Whatever impack or fall, could have knocked around the battery. update: Hired someone to build a battery.. modu.. bad.. etc.. so now running a month and a half later.. U.S.$180.00

The media could not be loaded. Original review at 3 Stars: For the most part, it’s pretty great. Unfortunately, it only displays kilometers per hour, not miles per hour. Also, any speed after 46 km/h, both wheels start clicking and the whole bike begins to rattle. This is very concerning. No amount of tightening bolts or anything seems to have fixed this issue, so I’m a little scared riding it above that speed. Regardless, this scooter is pretty cool, speedy, and just nice in general. Edit: customer service has been fantastic and has been helping me and responding to me with fixes and even sent me a new part—one of which came broken during shipment (no fault of the seller). I can definitely recommend this bike and store. Edit: It just stopped working. Lights won’t come on, stopped charging or holding a charge, etc. can’t get it working anymore. Edit: customer service is no help. I’m out of luck until I can somehow find a new battery or spend some ridiculous repair rate. $2k for something that breaks after not even traveling 100 miles is ludicrous. One-star rating remains.

First of all, the packaging was very well done. It arrived without a scratch. I charged it overnight and rode it for the first time the next day. I was very pleased with the ride. I did not have any of the shaking that others have talked about. It rode fine, even at fast speeds. And the looks, all I can say is the pictures dont do it any justice. It looks like a small Harley. Everyone that has seen it thought it was manufactured by Harley. I just kept my mouth shut...lol. I do recommend this bike to everybody!!!
