We had an older version that we had to fill w water, the Dermalogic 72, and when that finally died we decided to spend the extra to get one that can be hooked up to a water line so we wouldn’t have to fill it up multiple times a day The first unit they sent unfortunately leaked, and after paying to have a water line run 30 feet through walls and ceilings and an inline water purifier($$$) we were disappointed but we knew this was just an anomalous situation as we’d had great success with our previous 72, so we ordered another one and used the new packaging material to send the first one back So far the second one is great. Hooked up to the purified water line, we never have to add water and only have to fill the towels twice a day This unit is much bigger than the 72 and it does take longer to heat up, yet for a busy business, it is a great investment If you’re looking for a towel warmer that simplifies your business life, this is it. It’s a bit of an investment because the water has to be purified, I’m assuming for longevity of the appliance, yet it has made a great point of difference much easier and less time consuming

The towel steamer arrived on time, brand new in the box and worked great so far. I made sure we only used distiled water in it. Cleaned it once a month with vinegar and so far so good. Very pleased with the purchase.
