But this when it was on sale before summer heat and opened it today out of the box brand new and it does not power up at all! The performance is awful there's no noise sound because there's no power to it there's no temperature control because there's no power to it there's the remote control and it actually works at least only seeing a red button light up when you press a button. But that's it! Highly disappointed that I buy something and then they tell me I only can return it because they cannot send me another one because the price went up exponentially because of it getting so close to the summer heat beginning! I was kind of hesitate on buying it, but it great quality. It's cooling ability is fantastic and what a value for my money. Also bigger than i thought it would be. Plus I can turn it on while on the go. I don't have to be on the same WIFI.

The product states that it is an air conditioner with DEHUMIDIFIER, which having a dehumidifier for people with allergies and all types of arthritis is important if they live an any place that has humidity. I bought this item so that I didn't have a huge dehumidifier and a window unit all in one bedroom. I can't use central air because of humidity and the build up of mold issues. I can't return the item, and I would, because of the weight of reboxing, transporting, and returning the item somewhere to be shipped.
