I have to say I’m really impressed with these lamps, sans a few issues, they are really pretty and elegant, made well enough for an item that sits static all the time. Assembly was really super simple, however I will say there was absolutely nothing in the instruction booklet about how to assemble the lamp shades. Yes, you have to assemble the lamp shades, they don’t come in a large box with the shades already intact and professionally set on the wire frames. The lamp shades Velcro on one ranch and the metal rings snap in to place the small hooks at the top and the bottom. I will add, that when you install the top ring, the cross bars that mount to the lamp itself, they do protrude up on one end, you’ll want those to point down, so that they don’t extend above the lamp shade itself. I had to remove one since there wasn’t any instructions for us lay people, tho it was easy to figure out. The USB ports work great. One USB A and one USB C. I can’t verify the type of USB C that’s installed tho, so I cant’ attest to its speed of charge. I am not sure if it’s a fast USB C charger or not. The lamp shades as easy as they were to assemble, one did come with creases on the shade. The front of the shade is fabric, but the inside has a playable plastic backing to help diffuse the light. The plastic has the crease which translates to the fabric. Hoping in time it will stretch and release the crease. The touch control is a really neat feature that I really wasn’t expecting. The product description does mention its touch control, so the surprise was from my lack of reading not any issue with the manufacturing. I will say tho, that the touch control is a bit slow at times. There is evidently a reset time between touches. If you touch it to turn it on, then immediately touch it again, it doesn’t immediately turn off. Now, I will add that I did not use their lights that they included, I use smart lights that I can change color for different moods and ambience the area that these are place. That being said, these are advertised as 3 way dimming lights, that dimming option may be why it hesitates. However, which a delay in touching the base of the lamp. There’s no cycling through the dimming option. Multiple touches operates the dimming option, which I did notice, once set, waiting 30-60 seconds and it doesn’t cycle through the dimming, it turns the lamp off. We really didn’t find any real issues with the lamps themselves, the biggest issue being the crushed lamp shade part that has creases, everything else works and operates just as it should, and they look really nice as well. ... show more

These lamps are sleek and matched our decor well. Bonus that there is a USB port on the base, and the lamps came ready to go with light bulbs included. The bases are sturdy and on the heavy side. The instructions were pretty terrible. There was no clear instruction of the included parts for assembling the lamp shades, which arrive rolled up (the shades) along with the metal inserts that you have to wrap around and hook into the top and bottom before sealing the shade via a strip of velcro. It took a bit of common sense and a failed try on one of the lamps but then it was fixed and easy to figure out for the second one. Love that they are touch lamps, making it convenient and practical with the added charging port. I'm removing a star for the poor instructions, but overall I'm pleased with these lamps and their look. ... show more

Easy set up on these lamps. Was able to set both of them up in less than 15 minutes, instructions were straight forward. These lamps look great, touch feature is great. 4 different lamp settings, though the dimmest setting does cause the bulb to flicker a bit occasionally. Do not expect a quick charge (even from the usb-c), but it gets the job done charging my iPhone and requires one less power adapter. Given the current price after the sale price, I think these lamps fall in line with market pricing. Would recommend these lamps, great addition to my bedroom. ... show more

    • Everything about these works well
I have been using these lamps for a few weeks now. They are great and work flawlessly. I was surprised by how light they were because they looked as though they would be heavy. There isn’t much heft there, and they would be good even in a child’s room. I really appreciated the set, including everything you need, even the lightbulb. These lamps are perfect for a room with few outlets or when you have to cover outlets with furniture. I tested the USB-A and USB-C plugs, which work fine with phones or other mobile devices. The bulbs they came with are a warmer light. They are not extraordinarily bright but do an excellent job of illuminating about a 5ft radius. The touch on/off feature is very sensitive and has worked continuously. I think they are a little overpriced but worth it if you can get a sale.
