These lamps are pretty, I am going to keep them But the quality is not of a very high standard. I've never had to assemble a lamp shade, it was ok. One of the lamp shades was stained, I was able to clean it enough so it was not noticeable. I'll probably end up buying some thing else to replace them eventually. I like the touch lamp for bed side, the USB ports are helpful. The Lamps were wonky after screwing them together they come in two parts, so that had to be fiddled with to make them straight. Would I recommend them. I would but with the expectations that they are not of the highest quality. If that is not an issue for you and you like the look get them they are pretty once assembled.. just be prepared to have to fiddle with them. Edit: Hi I just wanted to inform any one reading this review, that the seller did not like my review and contacted me and asked me to remove my review or give the item a full 5 stars and they would give me a full refund. WEll I feel my review was an honest one, I did not trash the product or seller, just said it like it is. I can not be bought. I as a consumer here on Amazon rely on honest reviews and honest sellers. As I said the lamps are pretty, need fiddling with, and are not of the highest quality, Some may not mind that others may you get what you pay for.. I do like my lamps and did replace the shades with something I like better.. I could be a jerk and lower my rating due to the sellers trying to buy me off, but I won't stoop.     • A pain to assemble but there’s a trick!
I like these lamps. They’re not too expensive, they look good and I like the touch to activate feature. The problem is with the assembly. Most of the assembly is pretty straightforward except that the cord at the top of the lamp where the lightbulb screws into is hanging out and you have to shorten the cord. The trick, discovered after A HOUR OF PAIN & CUSSING, is to GENTLY peel away the black felt base of the lamp. DON’T pull the cord from the outside because there’s a knot inside of the base to secure the cord and you’ll only stretch, or even worse, break the cord. The trick is to locate the black wire that’s leading up towards the top of the lamp. Grab it with your thumb and forefinger and gently pull it down towards the bottom of the lamp and you’ll notice the bulb holder part at the top falls into position and allows you to go ahead and screw it in. It’s simple but it was really hard to figure it out at first. Once you’re finished that just go ahead and reseal the bottom. I didn’t have to use any extra glue or anything it just resealed pretty easily. I was off to the races with the other lamp & had the second one together in less than 5 minutes. It’s easy when you know how:). If not for the assembly, I would’ve given it 5 stars. Good luck!! ... show more

    • They are pretty but...
One of the lamps didn't work at all... the other one did infact work but it's like the touch sensors didn't work right. Most of the time it doesn't react at all when it did react it's cause I left my hand on there for a while lol. They are beautiful in my opinion, but Def not worth the money. I'm going to return them ... show more

These lamps are so simple but elegant. Perfect fit for my bedside lamps. Love the 3 way touch feature. Comes with bulbs. Great value.

    • Flickering lights
They look nice. The only problem we have is on both lamps when on high the lights flicker and look like a strobe light. Going to try other light bulbs besides the ones that came with them. Hoping just the bulbs are bad

    • Beautiful lamps
Beautiful lamps. Would have given 5 stars if the lamp shades were better quality. Be careful when unpacking, the rings have double sided tape. Some of the tape had fallen off of the ring, and I removed it off the ring. You need this tape on the ring in order to stick the shade material and form up the shade. Also the enclosure doesn't close smoothly and it can be noticeable. I probably will be buying 2 extra shades from somewhere else. ... show more
