Description

The Toto Promenade II two-piece Elongated 1.28 GPF universal height toilet with cefiontect is a beautifully designed decorative toilet. The Promenade II bowl and tank set includes a tank to bowl gasket, tank to bowl hardware, and toilet bolt caps. The Promenade II features toto’s tornado flush, a hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This version of the Toto Promenade II includes cefiontect, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that prevents particles from adhering to the ceramic. This feature, coupled with tornado flush, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The Toto Promenade II is designed in toto’s universal height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. This version of the Promenade II has a left-hand chrome trip lever. The Promenade II is ADA Compliant and meets the standards for epa WaterSense, and California's CEC and calgreen requirements. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water Supply lines, and toilet seat.

I finally replaced a toilet that I hated for the past ten years. it cost 200.00 and I was like it should be the best at the time. NOPE. So I was hopeful with the reviews of this one. Indeed this one lives up to the hype. One flush and everything is gone. 1.28 gallons of water and we live on a well so that is even better!! Ok to be honest, I've had to use two flushes once in a blue moon. But that is rare! This necessity of life is a life saver! No more plunging and wasting water. Easy to clean and the handle is not fun to flush it is a pull towards you and whooooosh its gone flush !! It looks like the old fashioned pull down and the water comes from the closet up above and woooosh you need to do it again and again. So enjoy your new throne and listen up...……. Wooosh its all gone! This toilet is basically a fancy Drake II. I shelled out the extra few bucks because I wanted a more ornate toilet to compliment my first ever remodel project as a new homeowner. It gets a perfect five stars. You flush once and move on (after washing your hands of course). It definitely stays cleaner far longer than a standard bowl because of the CeFiONtect glaze which definitely had a better name under "Sanagloss" - perhaps there was a branding issue. This is my second Toto, the first being a budget-friendly Entrada that flushes better than any other entry-level water saver toilet I've been stuck with in the past. Toto broke new ground in the industry and set a whole new standard for their competitors to follow (*cough* American Standard). It truly is that good and I assure you that I'm not being paid to say this. I just have a weird fascination with toilets and researched a lot before making this decision. I like the simplicity of the tank hardware. AS has a toilet with a similar flush design with a convoluted two flap system. The moment I saw the innards of the tank I walked away immediately. I'm assuming they were trying to avoid patent violations, but whatever. They're what I would call a "has-been" company with a lack of innovation, surviving only on their established name... call me biased. I live in a quickly developing area and most of the newer malls and rest stops I've checked out are decked out with Toto bowls and flushometer valves, even my workplace recently. Beautiful profile and complement to our vanity design and bathroom molding. Love the way the water is generated from a single hole at the top and gets distributed around/throughout the bowl. Buy the matching seat to complete the look and pull everything together. This is my first Toto product and I am very happy with the performance. First time reviewing anything, but I'm doing so because I'm so pleased. I replaced a Kohler toilet in my house clogged almost every time it was flushed with solids. First time replacing a toilet, and watched a couple Youtube videos. This toilet works great! The flush has good rotation, and is both smooth and effective. I'm not yet reviewing the performance of the toilet, but it is an inch shorter than my last comfort height toilet which makes a difference. It is attractive as toilets go. It is 17 inches with the toilet seat. I'll get back to you on the performance of this luxury toilet.

Worst toilet ever. I have installed lots of Toto toilets. This one leaked as soon as I filled it, the handle was sloppy moving in and out over a 1/4” and was as if they forgot to put something to keep it tight. The others toilets of Toto were never like this one. Fact this one seemed to be a second it sure wasn’t what I have put in before. Wanted to return it to the vendor but I had to pay shipping. It wasn’t worth the cost nor the labor of rapping it. I’ll never buy from that vendor again. ... show more
