It makes ice exactly as promised. Lol! Based on reviews here and on other ice makers, I knew I would just need to stay on top of clearing the ice out. The basket fills up in about an hour. They are definitely not as solid as ice coming out of the freezer, but that should be expected. This is not a refrigerated unit. I was able to just transfer the ice into containers I had prepared for the freezer ahead of time. I love the size of the small. It worked right out of the box, which is also a plus (I bought a unit from another company that did not and started smoking...). The unit in self clean mode is pretty quiet. When making ice however, it is a bit noiser. It is in a different room from where we spend most of our time, so the noise ends up not even being an issue. It's a soft hum. Not an obnoxious sound. Almost like white noise. Overall, very happy with this unit.

We recently purchased a new camper. On our maiden voyage we stopped at a campground in a sleepy town in Florida. We wanted to work out some of the bugs. The two biggest challenges we had were water and ice. We purchased a countertop RO for the water and the countertop ice maker from TOTNZ. We didn't want any plastic or factory residue so we ran a few rounds of ice and discarded it. “Now we’re cooking!” or actually freezing, whatever. This little thing was amazing, it has not stopped for three months. It makes ice, we dump the ice into a bucket in the freezer, fill with water and repeat, non-stop! I wish I would have bought the warranty, because this thing can’t keep this pace, but it does. Appearance: nice and compact, excellent see-through lid, ice basket with handle, easy to read display, choice for large or small ice, very nice. Function: as stated this is a very simple to use machine, plug and play, fill and empty works non-stop. Pros: This thing is amazing in every way. I hope I did not just jinx myself, but it is true, a great machine. The only thing it doesn’t do is empty and fill on its own. Cons: The only negative but not really, the ice comes out kind of wet so when you put it in the freezer for later use, it is stuck together needing an icepick to separate. Still worth a 5 star review. Would buy again,

The ice maker was easy to use, the machine doesn't give off an odor, and the water level is very reasonable, it is a little noisy, it's a great ice maker. If you use bottle water it's going to taste like the water in the bottle. If you use tap water it is going to taste like it.

While I am happy with this ice machine and knew it would make a little noise, it’s well worth it to have ice. The fan has a soft hum and the automatic ice shoveler drops the ice into a removable bin. Our refrigerator icemaker is broken and using ice trays are a pain! I use the cold filtered water from the refrigerator. The ice taste is very good and the hollow bullet shape are easier to crush in a blender to make blended drinks. After use, pull the drain plug to empty the reservoir. I make enough ice to fill a gallon-sized freezer baggy then make more as needed. Keep in mind, this is perfect for making daily iced drinks, not for party ice. And the ice will be only as good as your water.

This is a good ice maker. I have limited space and it doesn't take up a lot of room. It's quiet and works well. Takes a little time for it to get going but it makes a lot of ice once it gets cranking. I only have one issue with it. The ice will melt if you leave it in the ice maker so you always need to be nearby to keep it emptied into your freezer ice container. If you walk off and leave it for extended period the ice will melt and when you dump it into the freezer bin it refreezes and sticks together do you will have to bust it up before using which is kinda messy. But all in all I still like it. Good value for the money I spent on it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It was much heavier than I had thought when we bought it. It looks great and the ice quality is fantastic. You can choose between large or small. It won't keep them cold so you have to move them to a freezer.

I received my counter top ice maker today. I will wait 24 hours as the instruction label states before testing it so the refrigerant can settle after shipping. Upon opening the box I saw that it was well packaged and it arrived in very good condition. The instructions seem easy to follow and the controls look simple enough. I like the fact that the ice basket has a handle which makes it easy to remove once it is full and it has a place to store the ice scoop. I am looking forward to setting it up tomorrow and provide an update to my review. 4/7/25 Update: We have ice cubes! I added water to the reservoir, pressed the power button and before I knew it ice cubes were being placed into the basket. The noise level isn't bad and while it is running in the kitchen you don't really notice that it is running until the ice cubes drop into the basket. You have the option of making large or small ice cubes and once the basket is full, it stops making ice and the indicator light on the panel turns on. ~ Convenient size? YES ~ Quiet operation? YES ~ Easy to follow instructions and control panel? YES This is a great product and I can't wait to use it this summer in my camper.
