Putting this thing together was a workout in itself. When received, the total box weighs almost around 70 lbs. according to the marking on the box. So it pays to get someone to help you move it around while boxed up, or use a two wheeler . Unpacking was quite the experience. Everything was packaged perfectly from the factory. It was a bit daunting with all the parts laying around. Again, get your helper to remove the main body with the bench out of the box because it's very awkward. So I ran into a problem after assembling the whole thing where on the up stroke of the exercise the track would come up an inch or so, making it very distracting and noisy. I got around this problem by removing the two oval head pins as indicated in step two. I then got a couple of bolts of the same OD as the pins and inserted them in the holes. Then tightened them with nuts. It doesn't matter what size or pitch the bolt is, as long as it fits into the hole. I tightened them, and the problem went away. Also, in step 9 I ran into another problem. For simplicities sake, object number 7 requires two people to assemble. I didn't have anyone around so I had to insert the M8 bolts through one side. Then tape the bolts so they would not fall off. I then turned the assembly on its side and located number 7 onto the bolts from the other side, put the nuts on and tighten them. It is just a workaround if you don't have anyone around to help you. All-in-all, I would say this is a very good piece of equipment to have in you personal gym. Very effective exercises. I would like to mention here that this was my experience and may not reflect yours. This product requires a large foot print. The total length of this thing is about 74 inches when assembled. The wing Span of the exercise is almost 83 inches. So be aware
