Glide board gyms are extremely versatile. This one is a lower price point but still great quality. Eventually you probably will want to add some form of extra resistance for the legs, which is easy to do with the weight bar, sold separately. Requires very minimal assembly out of the box. It is large and you will need to have a place to leave it set up. It does fold but not easily. Some of the commercial gyms here are very inexpensive but I will never go back. This is one of the few items I have ever bought, and opened and used the day I got it. I watched the DVD, and continue with most of that regimen. At first it was a little awkward changing from one exercise to another, but after a few weeks it goes a lot smoother. I used to have all the weight equipment, but you could not put a gun to my head to get me to use. I actually look forward to the Total Gym. How else can you exercise lying down. ... show more

    • The Delivery was Quick UPS dose a good job.
The total gym is great but for the price this cost I would of rather bought a cheaper one because I still have to buy a pull up bar now I can't find my old one from my previous gym I was able to recycle my weight bar but I can't do the leg pulls without a real pull up bar the handles for pull ups don't work the same even on the chart and book there's a pull up bar not handles. ... show more

Haven’t used this yet, but Rating this a ‘3’ so far as it was missing the flip chart base and, apparently, parts are not replaceable... you have to send back the entire gym!
