Total Flex Compact Home Gym, Foldable Strength Training Equipment

The Total Flex is a compact home gym built around a folding bench with two padded seats and two resistance band Power Pods. Resistance training to help build strength. Resistance: each Power Pod holds a gray, black and red band; use one or combine them for 7 levels per pod. In factory band tests, stretched to 1.5 times its length the gray band gives about 7 lb, the black about 9.5 lb and the red about 13.5 lb; stretched to 2.2 times, the red gives about 23 lb. Resistance increases as the band stretches. Positions: the main seat has five settings (A to E) and the Power Pod seat has five (1 to 5), giving 25 seat combinations. Spring pins lock each setting; check that they engage on both sides before you start. Use it seated, lying or standing, with the handles, ankle cuffs and foot plate. Exercises: 50 exercises, including variations. The User's Guide covers setup, seat settings, folding and band replacement. Setup and storage: it arrives almost fully assembled. Attach one Power Pod with 2 bolts using the Allen wrench provided. To store it, fold the bench and move it on the roller wheels or by the carry handle. Specifications: steel frame. Maximum user weight 300 lb (136 kg). The Total Flex unit is tested to EN ISO 20957-1 and EN ISO 20957-4, Class H (home use). For indoor home use; not suitable for children. 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
