Coming up on a year before I wanted to post a reviewed. My wife and I installed it right before hurricane Helen hit Ga, taken our time of course. Our Main AC system for our split level home just wasn't enough to push air from the attic, which is where the air handler is, down to the two rooms on the other side of the house downstairs. So that's why we bought this system. We both understand basic Hvac and electrical so that made the install easier.Follow the the instructions and it can be done . Use Nylog on the line set fittings and make sure you use a torque wrench set to the right setting that's in the install manual. We pulled a vacuum for 30 mins each on both line sets and made sure it held for at least an hour each before releasing the 410a into the line set. Make sure you buy a line set cover kit to cover up the the lines . Almost a year later and it's running great. No issues what so ever. It's very quiet and efficient. We plan on installing a single head unit in our garage later. By the way Tosots parent company is Gree which is a well known company for mini split systems. So don't think it's just a cheap knockoff name brand. Just saying.

I have this since summer, at summer time we are happy using it because it helps a lot to make my 3 rooms cold, but now that is winter the problem is you can’t used heater while other room is using air conditioner it gives you error, and even we reset still give us error so I need to wait until tomorrow and will work. Installing it is not hard because we got someone who knows how to install this kind of product, the energy is not bad, I don't think our bill went up high when we install this. It didn’t take so much space on our wall.

I don't know why I waited so long. The A/C dispensing units work better than any home unit I have ever had. I would recommend this product over-and-over-again. I can control the temperature almost instantly, it's incredible!!

AC works I haven’t been able to really test heating. Although heat did come on once when I turned it to auto. Room temp was 72 and turned it on auto and heat came on. I think that was user error. I’m off grid and it works great running off my 15k watts of battery.

El producto en el frío calienta súper bien la habitación no puedo quejarme vivo frente a un lago en NJ enero se congela y el mini esplit de 4 zonas de 36000 btu cada unidad de 9000 btu por habitación calienta súper bien, las instrucciones para instalarlo son muy bien explicadas si eres un poco aventurero con las indicaciones tú mismo lo puedes instalar nota tienes que usar cable número 8 y un breake número 40 regular porque si usas el que es seifti se dispara al poner la calificación solo funciona en frío pero si poner el regular funciona de lo mejor y es muy silencioso n pocas palabras me siento feliz de aver comprado este producto.

Make sure you check the length of the piping you need or hoses, these are VERY short, and you’ll have to pay for your own shipping back to the company which costs over 700$
