I've been using this almost daily, and I'm really impressed with how fast it cools you off. It's almost like getting a cold can of soda from the fridge and placing it on your neck, which is nice and cool to the touch. Both the front and the back can do this. Another feature is that it comes with an app that sets up really easily through Bluetooth on your phone. The Pros: Cools and heats up fast, it's not crazy loud, comes with a nice sturdy case, easy Bluetooth connection, you can still control it without the app (it has buttons on the device to do that), it can flex and adjust to your desired needs, it's wireless, it's really light, it has amazing wind fan speeds. The Cons: It looks like you're wearing a neck brace of some sort to other people in public who don't know what it is. It takes a long time to fully charge (like 2 hours or so), and the battery doesn't last a long time (I'm usually getting a couple of hours at most on medium use). If you lay back on a pillow, it heats up the back of your neck because there is an exhaust that comes out the back, so it's not very comfortable laying back with it since it needs to breathe to fully function correctly. If you wear it for a long time, you may start to sweat from condensation. If it is really hot out, it doesn't perform as well over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. But none of these are deal breakers for me, so I gave it 5 stars. I think this is a next level product and totally worth the price you pay for comfort.

This product works exceptionally well at cooling the back and sides of one's neck. The cooling plates do, indeed, get cold almost instantly. That does provide a level of cooling that you don't get with most other products in this category. The Torras app is relatively straightforward, it gives more granular control over the fan and cooling plates, just the fan, or the heat function. The device does charge quickly and being able to use it while it charges is a great feature. My only complaint with the device is that the fans really only target the side of one's head, the back of the neck, and down the back. It is lacking any air flow over the face. Other than this one issue the device works well, is decently quiet, sits on the neck comfortably because of the joints that allow to one to open, close, and rotate the angle of the arms. Being able to fold it up for easier travel is also a great feature compared to most other neck ACs/fans I would say it is a good value for the money for the features that you get with the Torras Coolify Cyber Fold.

I’ve been using the TORRAS COOLiFY Cyber Fold and it’s a big step up from my previous neck AC. The flexibility is great – the folding design makes it easy to store and carry, and it adjusts nicely to my neck without feeling awkward or bulky. The cooling plates get very cold, and you can feel the effect quickly on your neck. It also hugs (snugs) the neck in a really comfortable way, so it stays in place even when I’m moving around. Compared to the RANVOO, the TORRAS feels much more premium in both materials and overall build quality. From the finish to the fit, everything just feels better thought out. If you’re deciding between the two, I’d pick the TORRAS for the flexibility, stronger cooling plates, more premium feel and you get a case with it!

This is a game changer for sweaty fat guys. I've been a severe sweater my whole life. At work I drip sweat and have a soaked shirt with minimal exertion. I've tried a quite a few neck fans over the years, this one actually works. Feels similar to wearing an ice pack and fan around my neck but stays comfortable. Love the quiet, strong airflow. The battery runs out quickly, about 2 hours on max speed, so you'll need to plug it into an additional at minimum 20,000mA battery charger pack if you want all day cooling. But this combo is well worth the expense if need effective cooling. I'm a morbidly obese man with a huge neck. This fits my neck fine and cools my body extremely well. Looks good too. I feel so much better now. Can't believe I've lived 50 years without it.

Ok here is my honest opinion. First off. The cooling factor on this is amazing. It really does get very cool. The quality of the material and not to mention the case and the packaging it came in was not cheaply made either. The noise level is not too bad either. It’s about the same noise level as any other standard neck fan. It looks sleek and pretty cool. I love how you can adjust the fan direction on the sides and how tight you want it around your neck. That for me is a huge plus. Definitely worth the money. It is a bit on the heavy side so I know I won’t be wearing it for long periods. The only 2 things I don’t like about this particular unit is the back is so bulky and wide that if you try to look up it is definitely in the way and feels awkward. I feel like I have to keep my head down all the time. Lol. I wish it was slimmer like the sides. The fans on both sides are really great but if I just turn it on the back you can barely feel it. The placement of the vents on the back are directly on your skin so it seems to block the air. Having the App is great so I am not constantly having to take it off my neck to adjust or fumbling and hitting the wrong button. Overall this is a great investment. I work construction so I am always outside in this Florida humidity weather. I told my employees that I was getting this so they can check it out too. They said if they like it they are going to save and get one too. 😁

This is easily one of the best wearable AC units I’ve used. The build quality feels premium right out of the box and solid, well designed not cheap plastic like most competitors. The cooling is the standout feature. This isn’t just a fan the cooling plates actually get cold. I measured around 55°F in real use, which is even better than advertised, and you feel it instantly on your skin. Charging performance is excellent as well. It reaches a full charge in about 2 hours. One of the most underrated features is that it can be used while charging, and the included 90° cable makes it comfortable to wear without getting in the way. That makes it perfect for travel, especially on planes or with a power bank. The airflow design is also well thought out, with multiple intake points so performance doesn’t drop off easily during normal use. Overall, this is a properly engineered product that delivers real cooling, strong battery performance, and smart design choices. If you’re looking for a true wearable AC and not just a fan, this is absolutely top tier.

The plates cool like if you put on a water bottle that has been in the fridge maybe 20 minutes or a glass of barely cold liquid against your skin.It will not be like an ice pack as I thought.The hairs have gotten caught in the back fan and it makes an annoying sound and the airflow gets interrupted ,so I guess the back fan got damaged.I always wear my hair up and still it happened.The fan is ok and gets me cool in high temperatures.

I stay active, I do regular walking, mountain biking, and gym workouts, and heat can seriously drain your energy fast. I’ve tried regular neck fans before, but they mostly just push warm air around. The TORRAS COOLiFY Cyber Fold is completely different. It is truly a wearable air conditioner. When I’m out walking or riding trails, the cooling kicks in almost instantly and I can actually feel the temperature drop around my neck and face.
