I've been using this almost daily, and I'm really impressed with how fast it cools you off. It's almost like getting a cold can of soda from the fridge and placing it on your neck, which is nice and cool to the touch. Both the front and the back can do this. Another feature is that it comes with an app that sets up really easily through Bluetooth on your phone. The Pros: Cools and heats up fast, it's not crazy loud, comes with a nice sturdy case, easy Bluetooth connection, you can still control it without the app (it has buttons on the device to do that), it can flex and adjust to your desired needs, it's wireless, it's really light, it has amazing wind fan speeds. The Cons: It looks like you're wearing a neck brace of some sort to other people in public who don't know what it is. It takes a long time to fully charge (like 2 hours or so), and the battery doesn't last a long time (I'm usually getting a couple of hours at most on medium use). If you lay back on a pillow, it heats up the back of your neck because there is an exhaust that comes out the back, so it's not very comfortable laying back with it since it needs to breathe to fully function correctly. If you wear it for a long time, you may start to sweat from condensation. If it is really hot out, it doesn't perform as well over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. But none of these are deal breakers for me, so I gave it 5 stars. I think this is a next level product and totally worth the price you pay for comfort.

This is easily one of the best wearable AC units I’ve used. The build quality feels premium right out of the box and solid, well designed not cheap plastic like most competitors. The cooling is the standout feature. This isn’t just a fan the cooling plates actually get cold. I measured around 55°F in real use, which is even better than advertised, and you feel it instantly on your skin. Charging performance is excellent as well. It reaches a full charge in about 2 hours. One of the most underrated features is that it can be used while charging, and the included 90° cable makes it comfortable to wear without getting in the way. That makes it perfect for travel, especially on planes or with a power bank. The airflow design is also well thought out, with multiple intake points so performance doesn’t drop off easily during normal use. Overall, this is a properly engineered product that delivers real cooling, strong battery performance, and smart design choices. If you’re looking for a true wearable AC and not just a fan, this is absolutely top tier.

Ok here is my honest opinion. First off. The cooling factor on this is amazing. It really does get very cool. The quality of the material and not to mention the case and the packaging it came in was not cheaply made either. The noise level is not too bad either. It’s about the same noise level as any other standard neck fan. It looks sleek and pretty cool. I love how you can adjust the fan direction on the sides and how tight you want it around your neck. That for me is a huge plus. Definitely worth the money. It is a bit on the heavy side so I know I won’t be wearing it for long periods. The only 2 things I don’t like about this particular unit is the back is so bulky and wide that if you try to look up it is definitely in the way and feels awkward. I feel like I have to keep my head down all the time. Lol. I wish it was slimmer like the sides. The fans on both sides are really great but if I just turn it on the back you can barely feel it. The placement of the vents on the back are directly on your skin so it seems to block the air. Having the App is great so I am not constantly having to take it off my neck to adjust or fumbling and hitting the wrong button. Overall this is a great investment. I work construction so I am always outside in this Florida humidity weather. I told my employees that I was getting this so they can check it out too. They said if they like it they are going to save and get one too. 😁

I tried the deluxe limited edition stainless steel "thermochromic" model. It's sturdy and well made, and the design looks great. However, it's not without its share of pros and cons. PROS It gets very cold/heats up fast and the customizable airflow when set to max is quite strong (but see cons, below, because the range at which it is effective at cooling is rather narrow). The free app is fast and easy, with a super clean, attractive, and idiot-proof animated interface. It allows you to turn the device on/off and customize the air flow strength as well as which vent configuration you want to use (all, neck, left, or right, in whatever combination desired). You can switch between cold, hot, or only air. It tracks your battery life down to the last percentage point, as well as with a wheel symbol. In short, you need this app! It's a joy to use. You can use the Coolify Cyber while it is charging, which is great! Unfortunately, due to the underside placement of the charging port, the cable's connector uncomfortably rubs against your collar bone. Somebody should have thought this placement through a little better. CONS The cold pack part (in the back of the neck) is only effective up to maybe 85-90 degrees and works much better indoors than outdoors. Once the temperature starts to get higher, all you're going to feel is hot air from the vents. I was able to test my unit outdoors and indoors during 75-98 degree summer weather, but no comparable test for how the heat function does in winter. I did briefly test the heat function on a cooler summer day, and it seems fine, but I can't guarantee how well it would perform in winter. This is not a replacement for an indoor AC, but it does allow you to be mobile, which is nice. The recessed controls are impossible to find/work while it's being worn. This is an inconvenience more than a problem as long as you have the Coolify app installed and your phone handy. The built in fan controls are a bit counterintuitive, but you can use the app to avoid them. The Cyber is a little bit heavier and tighter than cheaper plastic neck fans, but not uncomfortably so. However, if you have an especially thick or wide neck, it might hug you too tightly. It has a limited hinged design to accommodate different neck sizes, but it's much less forgiving than cheaper bendable neck fans. I hear the cheaper Coolify models don't have the same problem. The battery life on max air with the cold function burns up about +/-1% a minute. I did not let it drain to zero to see exactly how minutes it gives on max or any other setting. I also did not do any battery life tests with the heat function. The loudness factor is also a bit much when it is on full blast. The noise when setting it on low is fine and not too bad on medium. The thermochromic bonus feature (available in the deluxe stainless steel limited edition only) adds zero value as it changes color rarely and only on the inside of the band where no one will see it. OVERALL The Coolify Cyber is a cool idea (pardon the pun) but overpriced for what it does. I say this primarily because of its limited effectiveness in higher temperatures, and that it's better for indoor home or office use than going outside. If you're only dealing with temperatures in the mid-70s to mid-80s and intend to use the device mostly indoors without AC, you might love it. While I chose to return my Cyber, I do like the direction where Torras is taking their Coolify line. I'm sure they'll continue to keep iterating newer, better, and more powerful versions. Hopefully, someday the features match the price. UPDATE (August 12, 2024): Torras provided excellent after-sales service. They contacted me and made sure my refund was processed quickly and smoothly. They also told me their after-sales service doesn't just apply to refunds, but for any help customers might need. So don't be afraid to contact them, and don't be afraid to take a chance on trying their products. I'm glad I did, and would definitely buy from them again.

I recently started using the Torras Coolify CyberFold neck fan, and it has honestly made a huge difference in my daily comfort—especially in the Louisiana heat. I love going for walks, spending time outdoors, and attending events, but the heat can sometimes make it hard to fully enjoy those moments. Since getting the Torras Coolify CyberFold, I’ve been able to stay cool and comfortable while doing the things I love. It even helps me stay focused when I’m working in the studio playing music, taking photos, and doing other activities that require attention without constantly being distracted by the heat. One of the moments I appreciated it most was while watching my son play baseball. Anyone who has sat through a game in the Louisiana sun knows how intense the heat can be, but this device made the experience so much more comfortable. I could actually relax and enjoy the game instead of worrying about the temperature. Another great feature is that it’s not just for cooling. The warm feature and neck therapy mode are excellent additions, making it useful even when the weather is cooler or when my neck needs a little relaxation after a long day. Overall, this is an incredible product. It’s comfortable, effective, and versatile. If you spend time outdoors, attend sporting events, or just want a better way to stay cool and focused during the day, I highly recommend the Torras Coolify CyberFold.

Ok, so here is the problem. Put it on during cooler weather and it works great. Cools right down and feels refreshing. Put it on when it’s hot and you want it to work and it does not work at all! I mean, you won’t feel any cooling at all! I’ve tried these things each year the past two summers. They look well made and work well when the weather is such that you don’t need them. They do not work at all when the weather is warm and you WANT them to work!

I’ve spent this last week using the Coolify Cyber Fiold neck AC and I would strongly recommend anyone to purchase this to stay cool this summer. I’m a large guy and summer and hot weather will normally have me sweating uncontrollably. But not with the Cyber Fold. For me I prefer using it at full AC power on a hot day. The problem at full power and the coolest level the battery will last you about 2- 2.5 hours. The secret to double or triple that duration is to also buy a power bank. The Cyber Fold works while it’s charging so if you keep a power bank in your left pants pocket and use the supplied three foot braided USB c cable with the angled end plugged into the Cyber Fold and the regular end in your power bank you can run it all day long. At the highest level the airflow is perfect to keep you cool all day. Even at full power the noise of the fan is noticeable but it doesn’t interfere with your AC heavenly cool. This is precision made high tech device that you’ll be asking yourself why didn’t I buy this sooner. Don’t let the premium price fool you. It’s worth the cost. It’s comfortable to wear and the weight is not noticeable. It works well and had consistent stability. If your like me and need that cool feeling on a hot day this is perfect. Also since it’s blade-less it won’t get caught in your hair or beard. But this is not just for hot days. This has a heating element that makes it perfect for cold days too. It’s a true portable AC unit that’s 100% hands free. Perfect for walking around theme parks or on the beach or use the heating element to soothe stiff and sore neck pain. Great for anyone. This is my favorite purchase I made this year so far.

This is a game changer for sweaty fat guys. I've been a severe sweater my whole life. At work I drip sweat and have a soaked shirt with minimal exertion. I've tried a quite a few neck fans over the years, this one actually works. Feels similar to wearing an ice pack and fan around my neck but stays comfortable. Love the quiet, strong airflow. The battery runs out quickly, about 2 hours on max speed, so you'll need to plug it into an additional at minimum 20,000mA battery charger pack if you want all day cooling. But this combo is well worth the expense if need effective cooling. I'm a morbidly obese man with a huge neck. This fits my neck fine and cools my body extremely well. Looks good too. I feel so much better now. Can't believe I've lived 50 years without it.
