DO NOT BUY, if you do not buy from an actual toro deal they refuse to work on it. I spent thousands and it was broken the day it was delivered in the box. I did not put it together at first as it was int he middle of the winter, but now that I unboxed the mower, I have had a loud tick and the blades are 90degree perfect dead center, so its not a blade or timing issue as per toro website. toro dealerships refused to work on the toro as I purchased it from amazon and they refuse to accept the manufacturers warranty, the 1 year and the 5 year. ... show more

Worst mower I have ever owned in 25 years. I will be trying to return it. The blades are colliding after 1 month of use.

I had high hopes for this mower. I purchased from Amazon over the winter and did not start it until the spring. I Purchased 4 10amp batteries so I always had enough power. The cut is fair.. (not good just fair) It does a good job mulching. It has a Max power setting that will automatically downshift to auto setting after a minute of use (owners manual states this is how its designed so it saves power). I bought this because I wanted a bigger deck and I liked the it would have a lot of power and be easy on my ears. Noise level is good but I have to overlap my passes defeating the advantage of having larger deck. So after using this to mow my lawn once a week for the past four months, it is starting to overheat. I run it for 20 mins and it stops. I change the batteries and that does nothing. I need to let it sit for 15 minutes and than come back. Customer support is not good even though it is still under warranty. (Website only no people to talk to) I need to bring this behemoth (145lb) of a machine to a repair facility with the batteries and chargers so they can investigate. This mower is a nice idea but it is poorly designed. ... show more

Received the mower and it needs to be fixed immediately. The height of the wheels are off by half an inch and since you can only adjust the height on one side we had to find a local shop to come pick it up ($75 pick up free since it’s too heavy to lift into my car) and it will take two weeks for them to get to it. Then if a new part is needed we have to wait longer. I would not recommend this item as it is going to cost us more money and time for a faulty mower. ... show more
