After watching numerous videos on this product before purchasing, I found that the one I received may not have been working correctly. In the videos, when the jack is pumped up, the handle remains in the down position, or whereever the position happens to be when the person stops pumping. On my jack, the handle constantly moves upward, or "rachets" upward when the jack is under load. It eventually stops at the top when it hits the small stop. It left me wondering... Would it continue to rise if not for the stop? Is there full pressure on the stop under a few tons of pressure from my car? In any case, according to research, the symptom may point to a leaky seal or check valve. I decided not to accept this possibility and returned the jack. Not real sure I can trust it! Also, as others have stated, this is not a Quick lift jack. Not sure why the description states quick but it's slowwwwwww! Beyond that, Amazon shipped me a RED jack instead of a BLACK one shown in the listing. The color didn't matter much except I do normally like to receive the item I ordered. ... show more

Purchased through a big box. Worked well for 5 years. Is now loosing pressure slowly. Decent if you’re in a pinch, but wish I would have gone with a longer lasting jack.

Box came in torn, ripped open, parts where all there surpringly but badly damaged. Accessories where gorged and scratched hard to do with metal so it took a beating. The handle did not have the foam handle as advertised. I spoke with torin and all the cared about was the invoice, which was not on or on the box. Most likely on a warehouse floor. I showed all the proof of purchase I had but they refused to replace damaged parts. Said they'll gladly send parts but I have to pay for them plus shipping. Not a respectful company look at other brands you'll thank me ... show more
