    • Easily Breaks — don’t buy!

The heating unit broke within the first or second use….. twice! If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. We got a replacement for the first unit that broke on the first use and the second unit broke on the second use. How’d it break? Well the top of the heating unit literally cracked from the heat, and we didn’t even use it on the highest setting. This means that the steam was escaping through the cracks and barely heating up the area that was supposed to be heated. The second unit actually broke so bad that the top part broke into two pieces of plastic. Don’t waste your time on this cheap unit. It’s a waste of money and resources so someone can get you to buy their cheap product. We were tricked but hopefully this posts stops you from experiencing a similar story. ... show more

LET ME SAY OUT LOUD! This is the best ever yet!!! I LOVE THIS SAUNA! I have had the smaller one with the head out, but this one is the best investment me and my husband has purchased. Fast shipping, easy to put together, and easy to use. It gets hot in less than 5 minutes, and oils can be added for aromatherapy. DO NOT, add Epsom Salt to the water. It will make the vapor air thick and muggy. If you are sick with the flu or the common cold, this is great to sweat it all out. Hurry up and buy! You all will love it. ... show more

It is still early days, but this appears to be a great sauna. I have not used the steam generator because I have two small Far InfraRed heaters that came with a previous sauna that work great in this new one. That means this durable canvas keeps the heat in. I had two previous sauna that were small with your head sticking out - those worked for years but your skin was always touching or an inch or two away from the tent material. This one is nice and roomy (I'm 6'1" with long legs) and I've put a chair in there and I'm very comfortable. That also means the clean-up is easier than with my past saunas. It takes about 10 minutes to put together so I want to leave it together if possible. It is so lightweight I just put it on top of a table downstairs to get it out of the way. Consider this but look into some FIR heaters (hard to find now) if possible. You just use the steam hose hole to bring in the outlet cable. Works very well and this durable material should last a while. ... show more

I read all the reviews before pulling the trigger on this and I agree with most of them but will add the following just so you buy this with clear expectations. I got the canvas version. The canvas material is excellent. The assembly instructions are bad. Basically as bad as an IKEA instruction. But the order is correct, so follow the order even if it counter intuitive. The water will leak out of the bottom if you don't put the pan in correct (as another reviewer noted) but it won't assemble right if you put the pan in incorrectly so that should be a clue. The steam heater is cheap as are the tubes. They will kink easily if you are not paying attention. I suggest upgrading the hoses to the clear braided that you can get from Lowes. I wish the heater was able to produce more heat, I run it at max and its just okay. You won't ever get as hot as a proper sauna but you will get hot and it will do the job. My main complaint is that it takes much longer then the 8-10 minutes to get up to temperature. I fill it up to the top line. It takes almost 20 minutes to get up to proper temperature. so if you want to stay in longer then 20 minutes I suggest turning it off for 30 seconds then back on which will reset the timer and you are good to go before you enter. I'm giving it 5 starts only because its just cheap enough in terms of dollars to justify what it is. If they start raising the prices higher w/o any real upgrades to the heating device itself then I suggest a hard pass. ... show more

Overall easy to assemble. The steamer takes 30min to get up to speed(on highest setting). Dont waste your time get before that. Plastic PVC frame, canvas type cover. The highest setting didnt get too hot, but after 30min inside(with 30min wait to steam up) I found it did the job. THE ISSUE IS THE TOP OF THE STEAMER BROKE AFTER THE THIRD USE! Read the instructions first. Pay attention to the pictures. Frame pieces come sorted in bags. So there’s no guess work. My hope was that this would fit nicely in the corner of my home spa. I was drawn to it by the price, size, and especially the light exterior and windows. I am more than happy with this product. It is everything that is advertised and more. The vent at the top is clever. Neither it nor the zippers leak. It is so well insulated that once it was fully heated, the space around it and the room did not get hot.
