Looks wise, this is a nice machine that has a good look to it. Packaging was great and setup is quick. You'll have to cycle water through it for a bit to get rid of the machine taste. It makes a decent cup of espresso. I like that the bottom drip tray can be slid out in case I want to put a taller mug in. My issues are small but add up. Not much crema and the steam function was putting too much water into my milk. Buttons can be a little annoying to push. I had no problems but others would have to tap two times. The portafilter was difficult to twist and I found myself holding the whole machine to turn. On sale this is a decent machine.

Wow I really never knew us peasants could get a full featured espresso machine for under $100 because this thing feels, sounds and looks really well while showing it's overall quality. The screen is easy to read and navigate while the lights aren't on when not in use so I feel like it saves power and doesn't light up my kitchen at night unnecessarily and awakens upon a touch so that is a minor benefit I noticed that makes a huge difference. The portafilter is something new to me but the setup was easy to understand and it is easy to clean but only thing lacking is a filter since I did have some grounds on the machine after removing the portafilter unless I put too much grounds since I am still learning how to make espresso properly but this machine has made it super easy to begin. I have recommended everyone this already because it is a perfect intro machine to espresso with everything you need but the coffee, cups and water to start. I love that they gave a steel tamper along with a plastic one that has a spoon since I can try out different options and the steel milk jug works perfectly along with the steamer which I am still learning how to do it right but this machine has made it SUPER easy to clean when I make a mess since nearly everything comes apart to clean. I now can have "barista quality" coffee at home which I always made lattés with drip coffee but this is so much better and can now make proper macchiatos. I am not an expert in Bar pressure levels for espresso but from my research and testing out different grinds and amount this thing does not disappoint and I don't think I will ever go back to drip coffee. Overall for the price it is totally worth it for the overall quality and experience you receive especially since this can be taken apart easily to be cleaned while it was so easy to just wipe down after each use and even the water tank is removable to be cleaned thoroughly. I ran out of water and as soon as I added some it automatically took my order and made the 2 cups so it's not the smartest but it isn't dumb at all.

I read the directions prior to using. I did the warm up cycle and released the pressure/water in the steam wand before steaming milk. Too much water comes out when steaming milk. The espresso is not hot. Overall, I was not satisfied with this purchase. I ended up returning it.
