For the price this is a great projector. Easy to set up. I’ve been able to use a Roku device on it, multiple gaming systems from an NES to newer ps5. Came with multiple types of connections and options to connect multiple devices. The white color and design is simple, clean and sleek. Works great have been using it for over a year. Just need to get a good white screen set up for it. Audio is pretty good for the speaker that it has inside of the projector.

The media could not be loaded. TOPTRO X5 is my second projector, and for such a low price, it exceeds all my expectations. Projector uses an advanced bidirectional Bluetooth technology, giving you more choices. When watching movies, the X5 projector connects to Bluetooth speakers and earphones to meet your needs for superior sound quality. The projection creates a vivid native 1080P resolution (4K HD) with a high brightness of 360ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio (15000:1). The best feature is even when there is no WiFi around; you can enjoy the big screen. Turn on the network, or open the downloaded videos on your mobile phone; connect via data cable to realize the mobile phone screen projection and experience the fun of the big screen. The user interface is nicely designed and easy to follow. After opening the box, it took minutes for me to set up, and I watched a movie with my family. It comes with a nice easy-to-carry bag to move it around places. I recommend this excellent projector for recreational or office use.

1-year review: The image quality of this projector exceeded my expectations. I installed a shelf on the wall well above the head of the bed, and aimed the projector at the wall toward the foot of the bed. The walls are 14ft apart, creating a 13.5ft (diagonal) image. When the input image is cropped due to the aspect ratio of the video, I can't even see where the black cropped area outside the image is on the wall, because the contrast ratio is so good. We don't need a TV in the bedroom now. I plugged in a Roku, so we can stream Nexflix, Prime Video, HBO, etc onto the bare wall. Our walls are white, so we don't even need a projection screen. The image contrast is excellent at night, and good enough during the day, provided there is no direct sunlight leaking onto that wall around the edge of the blinds. The fan noise is loud, but as soon as we start playing a video using the built-in speakers, the fan noise is no longer noticeable. I did not expect such good sound out of built-in speakers. I think adding external speakers would only be worth it if they were much bigger, to get more bass. The remote is tiny and easy to use. However, even though there is an IR pickup on the front of the projector, it is hard to hold the remote at the right angle to cause the projector over our head to pick up the signal. Perhaps I should tape a small reflective surface so it will pick up an IR signal from below. The remote stped working after it fell less than a meter onto the wood floor, so I had to stand on the bed and use the 5 buttons on the projector even to control the volume, which is both awkward and inconvenient. However, TOPTRO sent a free replacement remote that arrived quickly. A few weeks later the first remote started working again. I could control our TV volume from the Roku remote control using HDMI-CEC, but apparently the TOPTRO projector does not listen to remote commands over HDMI-CEC from connected devices. A better long term solution is for TOPTRO to accept IR signals from universal remotes, and also to add support for control over HDMI-CEC. A built-in test image would also be useful when setting up the projector.

I bought this to replace an old inFocus DLP projector I've had since 2006. I wasn't really expecting much out of this given the price, but I got it for $200 on a lightning deal and I couldn't be happier. It's full 1080p, 60fps. It's very bright. I often have the light on in my living room while I watch and the only time it looks at all washed out with the lights on are when the picture has a lot of blacks/darkness in it. I've not tested the Bluetooth function on it as it's hooked to my 5.1 receiver. Although unless I'm watching a movie I usually just use the built in speaker. There's only one but it's quite loud and very clear. First projector I've had with a really good built in speaker. It is a bit loud, but once you have sound going in the room it's really hard to notice. It's got all the features I was looking for as well. Digital Zoom, multiple aspect ratios, manual and digital keystone correction (the "auto keystone" feature sometimes doesn't seem to want to work though.) Multiple picture modes and the ability to customize them... I think my biggest gripe is the contrast. It's not horrible or anything, but it just seems to fluctuate wildly depending on what you're looking at. Thumbnails on the YouTube app page will look fine with the black background, but if I open Vudu all the boxart looks really bright and washed out against the blue background. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. I'd been mulling over a new projector for about a year but I was hesitant to pull the trigger on a "cheap Chinese one". I can definitely say though, that while the price might be low, the quality is surprisingly high. Would recommend to anyone wanting a powerful yet inexpensive projector to be of use in a lit room.

Easy to use, great picture! Install in ceiling of our redesigned basement using 100" screen. I use Amazon Firestick for streaming connectivity. Also, using Bluetooth for connectivity to remote speakers. One issue with sound was using projector's Bluetooth for sound caused a slight delay, but fortunately Firestick has its own Bluetooth sound capability and that works perfectly (no delay with person's mouth to sound being out of synch). Finally, I wish I can get the Firestick to recognize the Toptro projector so I can use run the power(off/on), sound and streaming selection via the Firestick remote. Right now, I need 3 remotes to handle each function. Still for the price, I am very happy with this projector!
