Lint time suffer of plantar fasciitis and have to have really good arch support. I have tried numerous inserts and this one rocks!! Sizes are true to US sizing, easy to insert, was able to walk 6 miles in one day while on vacation and my feet were so happy I was able to do it again the next day!!

I used it every day for my work computer because Dell in their infant wisdom only puts 1 usb port on their new computer and now it doesn’t work. Don’t buy and find one that is from the same manufacturer of your computer. Waste of money

Its like they just extended the toe for the larger sizing. I'm a 10.5M and the arch lift started before my heel ended. So, they're not really that comfortable. They also take up a lot of height in the shoe. Making a lose fitting shoes too tight to wear comfortably. Comfort for insoles should be noted as not noticing that they're present. If the insole is letting you know its there, that's a fail. IMO, Cork and leather insoles still seems the only way to go. They cost three times as much, but its better than buying multiples of these middle of the road insoles trying to see what works. Cork and leather mold to your foot, foam and plastic don't. So, if you have pressure points with this style, you'll have them months from now too.

I probably should have read the reviews closer before I ordered these, but like the others said they are so uncomfortable. I got 4 blisters the first week I wore them. I do walk about 10 miles a day as a dog walker, but I’m only walking about six hours a day. I slowly built up to the entire 6 hours. The main issue that they are bulky and have no give. This made them run against my foot and gave me painful blisters. I did give them three stars because they really do support the ankle. I normally have ankle pain when I take my shoes off. This was totally eliminated by the insoles. If they were just a little softer they would be a wonderful product. I discontinued use after 10 days.
