I have high arches and crazy leg issues, more than the average person. After walking and standing all day in a warehouse with concrete floors, these inserts have saved me. It takes a sec to get used to the high arch, but it takes only an hour to feel the difference and support I should have had for years. My legs would throb and ache every day. And the composite toe shoes? Forget about it!! But I haven’t had a day so far that my legs hurt. I feel like I’m bouncing more (must absorb shock), and I in turn have more energy at work and when I get home. Half of the tiredness must have been from the leg and feet fatigue. They do require some room (I half size up in my work shoes), so maybe don’t use these with very tight shoes. I am completely thankful I found these, and they’re well worth the price! I bought Valsole heavy duty supports first but found Topsole on sale . Topsole are better price and cheaper, but are slightly wider in forefoot than Valsole , also the Ev foot shock absorbing material isn’t as comfortable. But still I gave them 4 stars haven’t worn them long but they do fit better in wide width shoes. ... show more

These insoles are good to help your feet, but beware. They are not for everyone or all activities. They do have hard plastic in them to support your arches. The prolong use at my job had my feet hurting for weeks. I can't wear them anymore. Consult with a physician first before slipping these in.

Son was getting REALLY bad pain in his feet when he started cross country. Athletic trainer suggested getting arch supports. Found these and they helped his pain immediately. He now also wears them in his everyday shoes and says it makes them more comfortable.

I wanted to return this pair because on the right side only, it makes the ball of my foot and heel hurt. It also feels like my sock is wrinkled and causing more discomfort but, it’s not. I tried the insoles in different shoes and the problem follows the insole. Not a shoe or sock problem.
